    “We had a lovely break in Barmouth, made all the better by this beautiful apartment!”

    The view is incredible, so good that we didn’t care it rained for the majority of our stay as who cares if they’re rained in when they have a view like that?! The apartment itself was really nicely decorated and immaculate. It was well equipped and has everything you could require. The communication before and during the stay was excellent. We look forward to returning

The property

Flat 2 is a stylish duplex residence situated near the seaside in Barmouth, North Wales.

Flat 2 is a fantastic location for a small family's Welsh escape, since it is located over a harbourside restaurant and has views of the sea from its sitting area.

Climb the outdoor staircase to the second storey to find your new home-away-from-home, where you'll be greeted with an open-plan living room with everything you'll need for your getaway.

Take a seat on the couch in the sitting room and let the electric fire warm your toes while you watch a programme on the Smart TV; alternatively, relax in one of the sea-facing recliners and enjoy the views of the waterfront.

When you're hungry, make your way across the room to the kitchen, where you'll find all the appliances you'll need to prepare wonderful meals.

These meals may be enjoyed while discussing the day's events and planning your holiday itinerary at the neighbouring dining table!

As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the two bedrooms on the first floor, both of which are decorated in neutral tones.

Nearby is the beautiful bathroom, which is embellished with glossy tiling throughout and features a bathtub with a rainfall shower above it.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, with many of Barmouth's eateries practically on the doorstep, including the eatery below; the harbour is also near, where you can board a boat to Fairbourne or try your hand at crabbing; and the beach is pretty close, a great place to relax before visiting the local stores!

There are several treks nearby, including the Panorama Walk along with access to Barmouth Bridge, from where you can hike or bike over to the RSPB Mawddach Valley, then on to Fairbourne's excellent shingle beach.

Visit Harlech for additional seaside enjoyment, where you'll find another sandy beach, as well as the famed Harlech Castle and the Royal St. David's golf club.

Porthmadog, Portmeirion, and Dolgellau are also worth visiting and provide additional things to see and do, while Snowdonia's many outdoor havens are also waiting to be seen!

Choose Flat 2 for a fantastic stay along this stretch of the Welsh coast.

Access is via an external staircase, not ideal for those with limited mobility.
