“Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the accommodation we stayed in for three nights.”

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and did not match what was advertised. Firstly, the entire yard and outdoor area around the property were extremely messy, with rubbish and building materials left around the accommodation. This created a very unpleasant and neglected environment. Secondly, the hot tub area had no privacy at all. There were no screens, fencing or covers to protect the area. Directly next to our accommodation there is another unit designed as a plane, which clearly overlooks the hot tub and outdoor space. At night, when that accommodation was occupied, people could easily see us while we were using the hot tub and sitting outside. This made us feel very uncomfortable and exposed. In addition, there was no shelter or cover over the hot tub or outdoor area. As it was raining throughout our stay, we were unable to enjoy the hot tub or the outside space at all. Another serious issue was the condition of the ground and parking area. The entire area around the house and the parking space was full of deep mud. Every time we parked or walked to the accommodation, we had to walk through mud, which made access difficult and very unpleasant. Because of the complete lack of privacy, the poor condition of the surroundings and the unusable outdoor facilities, we did not feel comfortable staying for the full duration of our booking. As a result, we decided to leave early on Sunday instead of Monday, even though we had paid for the additional night. I have attached photos taken during our stay, which clearly show: - the rubbish and messy outdoor areas, - the lack of privacy around the hot tub, - the proximity and direct view from the neighbouring accommodation, - and the muddy access and parking area. We believe the accommodation was not as described and did not provide a reasonable level of privacy or comfort. For this reason, we would like to formally request compensation for the night we were unable to use and for the significant inconvenience caused during our stay. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Ioan cristian cepoiu
