    “Dehangfa is fantastic and just as described online - extremely comfortable and warm in the early spring months and the enclosed garden suits us so well with the dog.”

    Fairbourne is a superb location - nice walk over to Barmouth, great food at the Penrhyn Bar, railway station for excursions north and south is only 5 minutes walk away. The only fly in the ointment is having to book through Sykes, who really don't care about Customer Service - once they've got your money that's all they want, and really don't want to deal with customers after they've had the smell of your money.

The village of Fairbourne is an excellent seaside location, it offers lots of fun for all of the family with a beach, amusement arcade and a fantastic railway.

Nearby are some more excellent coastal resorts in Barmouth and Aberdovey, with Dolgellau also worth visiting.

Dehangfa is a pleasant cottage in a great seaside location.

Fairbourne is a seaside village in the Snowdonia National Park, which nestles between the beautiful Cambrian Mountains and Barmouth Bay. This coastal village rests beside a huge sandy beach, perfect for family fun and watersports. It is also home to the Fairbourne nature reserve. The well-known town of Barmouth, with its pubs, restaurants and beautiful beach, is only ten minutes away by train, or why not take a leisurely walk over the well-known Victorian Barmouth Railway Bridge with stunning views of Mawddach Estuary. The whole region offers excellent walks, mountain biking and watersports, boasts a variety of wild flowers, and is home to many species of birds that flock to the area's sheltered beaches and rock pools. Discover Dolgellau and delightful Aberdovey, and visit the magnificent sights of medieval Harlech Castle, Portmeirion Italianate Village and the wonderful Snowdonia National Park, all within a short drive. With plenty to see and do, this is a fantastic year-round holiday location.
