    “This was a lovely cottage for two to three people.”

    We found it very cosy and it was very well equipped. It's very near to the castle and the shops. The steep road wasn't a problem as the cottage is near the top of the hill. So it's a short pull. However parking is a little way below the house so the combination of the two maybe difficult for some who are less mobile. Although the road is narrow, it is one way so no fear of another car meeting you on a bend! If we were to visit Harlech again we'd be very happy to book this cottage.

Situated in a magnificent position between the mountains and the sea, the delightful small town of Harlech is dominated by its majestic 13th century castle. Harlech Castle is recognised as the most impressive of all those built in North Wales by Edward I and has World Heritage status. The town is very popular with golfers, who come to enjoy the famous Royal St. Davids course, whilst the beautiful sandy beach is wonderful for family fun and long walks.
