    “Accommodation was well equipped clean and with comfortable beds.”

    However the interior had been opened up into one large space, which made it feel more like a single cold room instead of a cosy living area. The layout of the main seating faces a cabinet with a speaker rather than the TV which was mounted high on the wall. We didn’t feel comfortable and warm in the evening as we found the sofa uncomfortable and the room was difficult to heat which impacted on our experience so much we left Thursday morning.

We are sorry that the open-plan layout was not to your liking. The property was intentionally designed to create a spacious and sociable living area, and the photographs and description within the listing accurately reflect this layout. We do appreciate, however, that personal preferences vary and what suits one guest may not suit another. With regard to the sofa, this was chosen to complement the style and size of the property and has generally been well received by previous guests. That said, comfort is very subjective, and we are sorry that you did not find it comfortable during your stay. We were particularly disappointed to read your comments regarding the temperature of the property. The heating system is designed to adequately heat the accommodation, and had we been made aware of any issues during your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist and ensure everything was operating as intended. Unfortunately, as we were not contacted regarding these concerns, we were unable to investigate or help at the time. We value all guest feedback and thank you for sharing your experience. The pretty village of Llanbedr quietly nestles in ancient woodland between The Rhinogs, part of the Snowdonia Mountains, and the stunning golden beaches of the North Wales coastline. Situated next to the beautiful River Artro, and boasting a mild climate due to its unusual positioning behind the high dunes of a nature reserve, this charming village has an exciting array of wildlife and birds, handy local shops, bike hire and mountain walks on your doorstep, as well as two excellent pubs.
