    “I was very disappointed.”

    This "cottage" was definitely not value for money. It was obvious that everything was done in the cheapest way possible just to make the most money. The bed linen was incredibly poor with torn duvet cover & pillows with no body in them. It was impossible to switch the heating on when we were cold as you couldn't change the settings. The description provided was misleading. Settees were cheap & uncomfortable . The place was dark. Not a welcoming place to stay. For what I paid I could have had ...

    Thank you for your feedback and I appreciate your comments. In reference to the heating, there is one button that is clearly marked and a description on the cupboard door explaining the operation! The bedding is of hotel quality and many guests have commented how comfortable they are, so it is unfortunate that you and your wife haven’t had the same experience. With reference to the sofa’s and bungalow on the whole, you evidently have chosen incorrectly for your break . The Village and surroundings are the best that can be offered, with so much to do and explore on your doorstep step, so I’m sorry that you haven’t embraced the property, village and Mountain View’s with the river running opposite. The pretty village of Llanbedr quietly nestles in ancient woodland between The Rhinogs, part of the Snowdonia Mountains, and the stunning golden beaches of the North Wales coastline.
