“The property has some good points, such as its easy accessibility to local attractions and the great views from the front of the house, which we enjoyed.”

However, there were a number of issues that impacted our stay. However, there were a number of issues that impacted our stay. On arrival, there was only one toilet roll provided, the house had a noticeable damp smell, and access was made difficult by overgrown bushes around the entrance. The bins were already full of rubbish and gave off a bad smell. The outdoor space at the back of the property was not suitable for spending time in, which was disappointing. In addition, the front outdoor chair was broken, and my daughter almost fell when trying to sit on it. This felt unsafe and needs urgent attention. Overall, while the location and views were positive, the lack of basic provisions and maintenance significantly detracted from the stay. With better upkeep and attention to guest comfort and safety, this property could offer a much better experience.

The outdoor space has been jet washed and bushes trimmed back. we have spoken with a waste collection company. The bench has been removed and were are currently instating a new bench.
