“This was an awful experience , there were stains on the bedding in both the main room and the single room.”

I immediately washed the sheet in the main bedroom and requested a fresh duvet cover for the single room by leaving a message on the answering machine. When removing the sheet on the double bed the mattress was heavily stained and had holes down to the springs. We ended up turning the mattress upside down which had a cleaner surface and slept with our own blankets underneath us. The next day someone turned up with new bedding for the single room which I said I would for myself, no correspondence ...

The next day someone turned up with new bedding for the single room which I said I would for myself, no correspondence from the owners for this . After fitting the duvet cover I went to put on the new sheet which was covered in mildew stains. The bedding had been ironed but was awful. On opening the door for the wardrobe in the second double room it was stuffed full of old mildew duvets just haphazardly piled in a heap and there was no space to put clothes in the third bedroom with that alcove full of heaped rubbish. There were water stains on the walls and ceiling of the living room, and dining room , no rug which made it difficult for the dogs too. I have photos of all these issues along with photos of how we left the place clean and hoovered. No guest book either , we suspect that may be due to negative comments.
