“The 4 star rating is ok if your looking for location and visual aspect but it very much lacks comfort, The bed i slept in was woberly and made a noice when turning, The house had a aura of musky smell on arrival, espesiall the double bedroom,,The two setee's are worn out and no support, very hard to get to ones feet after sitting for a while.”

Television is very small, basic and poor quality sound.We had to spend an hour in the kitchen to clean the kettle, toaster, and mirowave, and the seals on the fridge needed a good scrub. tea mugs had residue inside and had not been cleaned. There is no musky smell anywhere in the cottage. Settees are only 18 months old and we havr had previous comments about them being really comfortable. Difficulty in getting up from a settee is nothing to do with the actual settee!! This particular guest got very irate about ‘No TV Signal’ and tried to contact us several times with numerous voicemails left! We had no signal but got our son to call at cottage who investigated the No Signal issue and it was a local problem which lasted a few hours. Kitchen appliances cleanliness noted and dealt with. New fridge/freezer being installed this week
