    Detail in all aspects of the Appt Sea View . Appt very comfortable , had everything we needed , we had a problem with locking the Appt door , which , once mentioned to Fiona , was dealt with immediately , you couldn't ask for better service than that !!! We were comfortable , warm , and had all we needed for our very welcome break . Certainly hope to.return in the future . Thank you Fiona , regards Kersti., Chrissie & Mary xx

The apartment is well presented and offers spacious accommodation with open-plan living space with a well-appointed kitchen area, dining area and sitting area, boasting stunning views from the 16 foot wide floor to ceiling panoramic windows which offers superb views of the bay and beach towards the Cardigan Bay coastline, Harlech and Portmeirion and the mountains beyond.

There are two stylish bedrooms, the main bedroom benefits from having a super king-size bed and large fitted wardrobe.

A modern, well-appointed shower room with separate WC completes this delightful apartment.

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a fantastic links golf course only five minutes' away in Morfa Bychan, Royal St.David's golf course in Harlech, beautiful sandy beaches, and Porthmadog with its harbour and three steam railways can be reached in 15 minutes' along a coastal walk.

A short drive away is the superb Italianate village and gardens of Portmeirion, which is well worth a visit.

Further afield, all the attractions within and around the Snowdonia National Park are easily reached, including many CADW sites and historic castles and for the more adventurous Zip World Titan with its zip wires.

This wonderful apartment will provide you with an ideal base to explore the delights of the area with your family and friends, any time of the year.

Porthmadog 1.2 miles; Criccieth 6 miles.

Borth-y-Gest is a quiet Welsh seaside village of mainly Victorian houses retaining much charm and character. Located by the mouth of the River Glaslyn, and a short drive away from the Italian styled village of Portmeirion, this pretty Welsh village has stunning panoramic views over the sands and estuary to the historic Harlech Castle and the Snowdonia National Park beyond. This North Wales village has two bistros and a coffee lounge all located on the front overlooking the bay and all with dog-friendly outdoor seating areas; perfect places to while away the hours watching the comings and goings of the local boatmen. Borth-y-Gest, with its sheltered coves and sandy beaches, has walking in abundance; why not head up Moel-y-Gest or take a wander over the headland to the famous Black Rock Sands, or go a little further afield where the vast Snowdonia National Park awaits? For a day out you can take a trip on the famous Ffestiniog Steam Railway and Welsh Highland Railway from Porthmadog, only a 15 minutes' walk away, or for those with younger children why not visit the shorter but more child-focussed Welsh Highland Heritage Railway? For a day trip the entire Llyn Peninsula calls. With Anglesey within reach and the whole North Wales coast with the Wales Coast Path to be explored, Borth-y-Gest has it all: a quiet bolt hole but conveniently located for ease of access to this stunning area, a must at any time of the year.
