“Only 1 out of the 3 showers worked which isn’t great when there was 14 of us!”
The one working shower was absolutely covered in mould. Everywhere was absolutely filthy, had to was pans, cutlery etc before we could even use anything, blood stains on the beds, broken items right throughout the property. Super king beds only had about 5 slats on the bed, someone actually fell through when sitting on the bed because of this! No ground floor accommodation that is listed on the advert. The hole property was covered in cob webs, dirty, stickiness and overall filth.

Showers & mould: All three showers were running and draining correctly at the pre-arrival inspection, with no visible mould recorded in the bathroom photos/video.

Cleanliness & kitchenware: The property was professionally cleaned the morning of your arrival. Our cleaners? checklist and photos show worktops, appliances and cookware clean and put away.

Bedding: Fresh linen was fitted by the team; no stains are visible on our time-stamped photos of each bed after changeover.

Beds/slats: Bed frames were intact and fully slatted at the pre-arrival check. No issues were reported to us during your stay.

Broken items: Our inventory photos taken before check-in show items present and undamaged.

Ground-floor accommodation: The listing and floor plan match what?s in place at the property; our pre-arrival video confirms the ground-floor spaces exactly as advertised.

Cobwebs/general condition: The checklists and photos show high corners and surfaces dusted, with no widespread cobwebs or ?overall filth.?
Importantly, we didn?t receive any call or message from your group during the stay to report these issues. We?re always on call and would have attended immediately to fix anything.
If you have time-stamped photos/videos showing otherwise, please share them via the platform along with where in the house each was taken. We?ll review promptly and, if anything is substantiated, we?ll put it right. As it stands, your claims conflict with our documented evidence, so we can?t accept them without supporting proof.
