“Lovely property and lots of space for 10 of us.”

However, double bedrooms not having blackouts at windows meant poor sleep every night from car headlights together with noise from traffic. However, double bedrooms not having blackouts at windows meant poor sleep every night from car headlights together with noise from traffic. Bed mattress too small for bed and bed and towel linen poor quality. Nowhere to put personal items in bathrooms. Drawers in kitchen stuffed with papers. Utility room messy, games room had some toys which were broken and couldn’t get karaoke machine to work, looked broken, only one bracket for table tennis net. Hot tub had black ‘bits’ in water. When we arrived at the house the cleaners were still there as they thought check in was 4 pm. They handed us the keys which was fortunate as we later realised when we went out for the day that the key press code in our email was incorrect so we wouldn’t have been able to get into house if they hadn’t been there. We had to take the house keys out with us each day. We also had to contact Sykes on the first full day as all of the bins were completely overflowing and this took a couple of days to resolve with phone calls between Sykes and us which was not what we wanted to be dealing with. Great house but needs attention to quite a few issues above.
