This is such a lovely cottage.

Very charming, so well looked after, homely and spotlessly clean. We loved absolutely everything about it. You'll find all you need there and more. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom has a electric shower over the bath, beds are cosy and comfortable. It does have a musky smell but that could be expected from a place of this age. It's very charming, easy to find, amazingly quiet and peaceful and well positioned for trips around north Wales. Thank you

The accommodation is in a convenient location, with beautiful scenery all around. We especially enjoyed the cosy living room and comfortable bedrooms, and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts were lovely, friendly and very understanding, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely love to stay at Bod Feurig again and highly recommend it!

Amazing stay at Bod Feurig, the cottage is so lovely and full of colors, the bed is comfy and the living room felt very cosy.

The view is just amazing, it was great to visit North Wales and have a quiet place to get back to in the evening. Best sleep I have had in years. The neighbours were very kind too. Only tiny comment was that there was no tea available (or pepper in the kitchen) and as this was a short stay, we didn’t think to bring any. Other than that, it was great!

Really enjoyed my stay thank you and would be very happy to use again. Wi-fi was good, which is needed, as most of rural wales isn't great for phone reception.

It’s true that this is a quaint “little” cottage, my partner bumped his head on various doorways and fixtures several times.

The neighbours who take care of the cleaning were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Some investment needed in facilities though, particularly the kitchen.

A warm welcome awaited us at Bod Feurig as the kind guardians, just next door, had switched on the heater!

The Cottage was spotless, extremely warm, especially with the lovely wood-burner in the evenings and the well appointed double bedroom was very comfortable with great views of the gorgeous countryside from the full floor to ceiling windows. Yes, the kitchen is small but has everything you could possibly need to rustle up a delicious meal for two. A real treat, after a long walk, was to relax in the bath with a glass of wine - and... yet again, another window with a spectacular view of the mountains! Great location for getting around the area but quite a drive up to the village - so if you love great walks, DIY cooking and snuggling up together in the evenings - book this cottage - you won't be disappointed!

A charming little house in a idyllic and peaceful rural location .

The views are stunning and the weather was very kind during our stay. The kitchen is very small hut has everything you need. Beddelgert village is a must visit, highly recommend the pizzas and ice cream at Glaslyn's.

Just back from a very refreshing February break.

The cottage was charming. We arrived late and the owner had kindly put the heater on to warm the cottage through which was appreciated. The kitchen is small but very well equipped with everything you need. Great location to explore North Wales in the day and come back to a cosy log fire in the evening.

We had a really nice stay at Bod Feurig.

It's a typical miners cottage as described; really quaint, warm, and very peacefully located. It was very clean and well presented though a little dated, especially in the kitchen, though we felt that added character. The bathroom was modern and again spotlessly clean. We did have trouble finding the washer dryer in the outhouse, but the key on the hook by the door gave us the clue. It rained most the week but hardly souls that we are, we hiked every day so the washing dryer was very welcome though the dryer wasn't particularly good and we ended up drying clothes on the airer. I'm not sure if this was user error but compared to mine at home, things came out damp even after 2 hours of drying. It was just me and my grown daughter visiting and for two it was perfectly spacious. We cooked most evenings and couldn't fault the kitchen contents (implements, pots and pans, dishes etc all well stocked) despite it's tiny size and dated surfaces/cupboards. The one concern we had was for the awkward step into the bathroom at night. The night light helped and we never had a problem but for small children this might be something for parents to be careful about. If we visit the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It was cheap compared to others in the area so we felt it was good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and the area.

The lady looking after the cottage and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

The fridge was too small and not working properly. The electric shower the water was too hot and suddenly too cold and very weak. Also as self catering cottage was lacking of frying pans and big pots ie to cook pasta ,rice etc... they had one very sticky , All the rest was fine, generally speaking we had great time.

Felt really homely peaceful very much enjoyed my stay at the cottage.

Lots to do while I was there best thing was going to Newbrough Beach amazing and wasn't a bad drive
