Our first impression of the property was good, but when we went inside although the property was spotlessly clean, there were quite a few areas that needed attention, the pictures of the prooerty was obviously taken some time ago, because the flooring in the hall was damaged at the front door, the front and back gardens had quite alot of geen mould, and needed power washing, the outside wooden furniture and fencing needs painting, i know in winter months painting can be hit and miss, the hot tub was fabulous, attention was needed to the living room ceiling where they had had a leak, which was cracked, the downstairs bathroom door handle was broken, and the kettle was all rusty inside and didnt boil the water properly, we did let the owner know and he came straight away with a replacement kettle and tried to repair the handle, unfortunately to no avail, the kitchen was extremely well stocked everything in it you could possibly need, the bedrooms were very spacious and beautifully set up, but again, somes stains on the carpets and a broken blind at one of the windows, the property just needs a little TLC, we absolutely loved staying there and had a fabulous week dispite the small issues mentioned, the owner is a very nice guy and very helpful as our car wouldnt start just as we were leaving and he let us stay in the property to keep warm until our car was fixed, i would definately return again as these small issues havent put us off

Thank you for your feedback and we look forward to seeing you next time. Sadly, in January, we are in he hands of the weather which, in North Wales, can be challenging. During winter, it is impossible to paint and these are activities for Spring. We are glad you had a lovely time with us and very much look forward to seeing you when you are next back with us.
