    “Absolutely fantastic.”

    8 friends celebrated the New year . This is the the most beautiful cottage with everything you will need. Cooking on the aga in perhaps the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed at, with roaring fires in both sorting rooms , was, well just perfect. The location stunning with walks on the door step. Pre dinner drinks and a plunge in the stream to wake us all up for the evening fun became the ritual. We loved being able to speak with Ibby and Gwen and the welcome tray of goodies and milk ...

Llwyn Bedw is a delightful stone built cottage nestling in the heart of Snowdonia, commanding the most magnificent views.

Close to the Llanberis pass up to Snowdon.

Thick stone walls, slate flooring, a splendid inglenook fireplace, AGA, beamed ceilings all add to the character and charm of this house and with full central heating it is welcoming at all times of the year! "Nestling in the stunning Llanberis Pass with huge views, ink black night skies with twinkling stars and a fabulous stone built cottage with all mod cons for a great stay." Surrounded by mountains, lakes and rivers, in an area rich in history, myth and culture this is a magical place.

From the village of Llanberis, less than a ten minute drive from the cottage, you can take a train up Snowdon, enjoy a trip on Padarn Lake, visit the slate museum and Electric Mountain and sample the many activities this area offers.

Note: Typical of many remote, rural properties, access is by a rough track (also 2 farm gates). While pets are welcome at this property, it is sheep country and they must be kept under full control.

NANT PERIS

Ideally situated for the climbers and mountain lovers, Nant Peris is on the road between Llanberis and Capel Curig, perfectly placed for Betws y Coed and Beddgelert too! Llanberis is a mecca for mountaineers and you will find them in one of the many good pubs and cafés around the town. If climbing is not your thing then take the train up to the summit of Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales.

Note: Typical of many remote, rural properties, access is by a rough track (also 2 farm gates). While pets are welcome at this property, it is sheep country and they must be kept under full control.
