    “Lovely large home close to the sea and suited 4 generations.”

    lots of hot water and facilities. Beds comfy, and plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc. Huge dining room and enormous lounge, with plenty of seating. There were 11 of us staying and the house was perfect for us. The games room certainly a hit too with the 8 year old!! Outside space was brilliant to have some time chatting together and a few drinks. Lots of pans etc to self cater, and appliances too. All bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. It was great value for money. We were able to ...

It was great value for money. We were able to park 2 large cars and a mini off road. Very close to the beach and a short stroll to the huge sandy beaches, where one beach you could take dogs. We walked everywhere, local shops near by and we went to Hickory's for breakfast one morning, and had a take away one evening. Loads of information provided by the owners and communication prior to staying at Meadway was excellent. Everyone had a wonderful time.

The property

Meadway House is a superb, detached cottage set a short stroll from the coast in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales.

The cottage has five bedrooms, two of which have en-suites, two a first floor family bathroom, a shower room and a WC in the utility on the ground floor.

The property can sleep up to 12 people in total.

There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area, a sitting room with a sofa bed and a woodburner, plus a first floor games room with a football table and a sofa bed if required.

Outside, there is off road parking for two cars along with an enclosed patio garden area with furniture.

Just a short stroll from Meadway House will bring you to the coast, the small family-friendly sandy beach, the promenade and the excellent coastal cycle route.
