“The situation of the property and cleanliness were good.”

The “Welcome pack” has always been situated on your notice board in the kitchen dinning area. Within the pack it contains useful information regarding contact details and guidance regarding your heating, Along with other information. Our heating system is underfloor downstairs and radiators upstairs. Prior to your arrival all heating is checked and set at 18 degrees Celsius during this time of the year. Once the temperature reaches 18 Degrees Celsius the radiators will not produce heat due to the thermostat. All of our laundry is out-sourced therefore this has always been the “standard” bath towel size. Up until now we have never received any complaints about this. We make sure all of our appliances within are self-catering units are customer friendly. But we will consider laminating the instructions to prevent any further inconvenience. We received no communication from yourselves or Sykes regarding the inconveniences you were experiencing throughout your stay, therefore we were unable to resolve any of your issues. We hope that these issues did not impact on your enjoyment of your stay. Property Owner
