Apartment was clean and comfortable, a little distance away from the main town centre shops, but close enough

Little Orme was very comfortable and felt like home from home.

Well equipped, lovely view, easy parking . It is an appartment over a ,not working laundrette, so it was very quiet. There are stairs up to the living area from the front door. Restaurants and the seafront are very nearby. It suited us very well, we are three siblings and a sister in law in our 70s and 80s.

Amazing base for exploring the area.

We book this property each summer because it is situated in an excellent location with fine views looking towards the Little Orme and the sea.

It is an ideal self catering property with excellent facilities.

The accommodation was perfect - so clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with every amenity you could need for your stay. We had 3 generations staying at Little Orme View and it fitted everyone! Missing that view already.

It is a true home from home. Beautiful and comfortable. It is in a great location and perfect for exploring Llandudno and North Wales. Love it and will be booking again.

Llandudno is a favourite place stayed many times as in lots of other parts of Wales the View was amazing.

The Property was lovely and in a fantastic part of Llandudno only half hour walk to the pier.

The property was well equipped and home comforts. The only down side was the Showers and couldn’t regulate the water. So you had either Scolding hot water when you had a shower or freezing cold water. Which is very dangerous especially when we have young children. Also the Saucepans in the kitchen were dangerous too, ended up burning our hands on them. We didn’t expect the saucepan handles to get scolding hot. Nearly dropped the pans with them being red hot, had to get a towel or something to pick them up with in the end. Other than these issues that need addressing, we as a Family would definitely recommend your property to people.

Little Orme View is perfect, we found it clean, spacious and well thought out.

The views from the living room are stunning and the location - just across the road from the beach and a 15 min walk into Llandudno is ideal. Jacquie is a brilliant host with lots of info for our arrival. We paid to use the EV charger and the parking space was also very handy. We had children age 7 and 11 with us and they loved having their own rooms and bathroom. Be sure to visit the Owl Sanctuary (10mins walk) and Dylan’s restaurant (5 mins walk). We had a lovely, peaceful and fun stay and we’d love to book again. Thank you

This place is a treat.

Top marks for everything. (Take the towels out of the washer earlier, they were a little musty; extra couple of toilet rolls please, there was only one in each toilet; I turned the sub woofer off - that thing is like an earthquake)

Little Orme View is a really lovely place to stay.

A seaview from the cozy living room, a really well equipped kitchen and a log burner which is wonderful in winter. All that and some comfortable chairs to sink into and it was pretty perfect for our winter break at Christmas. The bedrooms have beautiful bedlinen and the two bathrooms are really lovely. Everywhere is super clean and well cared for. Jacquie is great host, easily contactable and really focused on making sure you have a great holiday We 100 % recommend Little Orme view and thank Jacquie for letting us stay in her wonderful apartment

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and warm apartment in a brilliant location with a lovely view of the coast.

Communication from the owner was excellent throughout. The space was thoughtfully styled and prepared, making it perfect for a wonderful weekend away. Highly recommend!

Little Orme View is a proper home from home.

The beds and sofas are very comfortable and if you like to watch a bit of TV or watch a video in the evening, there is a decent size TV to do your viewing on ( not always the case in other holiday lets). The kitchen is very well equipped and well thought out. The bathrooms are clean and roomy. We would return to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The beds are incredibly comfy and the lounge area is a lovely communal space with a wonderful view. There was a problem with the heating but the owner was very helpful and accommodating and provided extra firewood for the log burner which added to the cosy, relaxed, atmosphere. Would recommend and would book again.

Very well presented and furnished accommodation.

Everything was kept to a high standard, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

While otherwise fine, the property was cold.

The central heating was poor (some of the radiators never came on including the towel rail in the main bathroom) plus it was switched off completely in the afternoons (we asked for that to be changed but to no avail). There was a log burner but that only heated one room, and they only provided a limited amount of wood. We have never had a property before where we could not control the timing of the heating. Also, we were charged an unexpected £138 for cleaning afterwards. We did not leave it in poor condition and have never had a charge from a property before. It needed vacuuming after two weeks, of course, but no vacuum was provided. Negative reviews of this property tend to get long detailed replies, but the facts are as we have said, whatever the reply says.

Very well equipped. Home from home, has everything you need and more. Comfy beds and furniture, a very spacious home. A lovely starter pack with all the basics in is a lovely touch. Perfect location for exploring North Wales. We will definitely be back.

Great apartment with stunning views of the Little Orme.

All very comfortable with everything you could need, all very well thought out. Jacqui was super helpful regarding specific queries I had. Great location, so many things to do close by. Highly recommend.

It's a lovely flat but cold in the morning and we could not work out how to adjust the thermostat on the heating which is wifi controlled.

Moving it to another room had no effect. The single bedroom is too far from the main bedroom if you are using it with a baby or toddler who likes being nearer mum and dad and the stairs in between are dangerous for little ones. Similarly, the stairs to the first floor need a doorway or stairgate. Excellent kitchen with everything you need apart from a handle for the grill. Great starter pack. Lovely furnishings and great views. However, the circus moved in opposite as we were about to leave so we were glad we didn't book 2 weeks. We thought it might be noisy and it certainly wouldn't add to the peace and quiet. We like the location and the beach theme was fun and attractive. Overall, a good holiday but we feel the aparment is more suited to adults and those with older children.

Stayed for second time.

Perfect location for what we were doing. Excellent communication from the host and spotlessly clean with excellent modern facilities.

A beautifully appointed flat with quality fittings, furnishings and appliances.

Good location just off the end of the promenade. Walking distance to town centre but with regular no 12 bus into town a mere 2 mins away for anyone less mobile. We had a lovely weekend break made even more memorable by our stay at the flat, Thank you Jacquie.

This is a warm, comfortable, super clean and extremely well maintained holiday cottage with the bonus of a great view and location.

Jacquie, the host was very friendly and helpful, we stayed for Christmas and we really appreciated the Xmas tree and logs for the fire. Would recommend this property 100% - we have already booked another stay!

Although I liked this property very much and found it clean, comfortable and as advertised, the property manager Jacqui's behavior marred our visit.

Not only is the check-in time of 4pm later than the universal average check-in time of 3pm, the Sykes Cottage also has an earlier check-out time of 10am. Most hotels are 11am at the earliest! Worse yet, Jacqui thought it was perfectly acceptable to ring our doorbell at exactly 10:01am on the day of check-out, showing up with another person (male) and a car full of (cleaning supplies). How rude, how unacceptable, how unwelcoming. Luckily, as responsible people, we were in the midst of the final touches of our preparation to vacate, and was ready to leave less than 5 minutes later. We were so annoyed and frankly, insulted, by the intrusion and cannot recommend this place to other well-intentioned paying customers who only wish to have a nice, peaceful, un-intrusive holiday.

5-star holiday flat with excellent location.

The owners have thought of everything you might need with lots of personal touches. Little Orme View was very clean, with comfortable beds, a welcoming lounge, lovely log fire and a well-equipped kitchen. The picture window in the lounge is wonderful with great sea views. We needed to contact the owners once and their communication and help was excellent. We would recommend Little Orme View.

Such a light spacious apartment with a great view.

It's handy for the prom and the shops on Mostyn Avenue. The kitchen is well equipped and recycling made super easy. We would definitely recommend it and we'd book again. The woodburner is fab. Llandudno has such a lot to offer and this apartment is a brilliant base to start from.

The property had everything we needed and really was home from home, the kitchen was very well stocked and had all the utensils needed to cook a meal. The location was quiet and at the other end of Llandudno so a lovely walk along the sea front to the shops and pier. A lovely property that you could relax and enjoy a family evening, watching a movie or playing games that were provided. We would definitely return to the property in future.

It's in a quiet part of Llandudno with a large picture window in the lounge with great views of Little Orme and the sea. The flat is very well equipped and furnished and was spotlessly clean. There is lots to do in the surrounding area. There are restaurants, take aways and a bar within walking distance. We would definitely recommend and would return again for a future holiday.

Just as good as 2022. Lovely view of Little Orme and a good position to get a good walk into the main streets for something to eat and a good selection of cafes. This place really is a hidden gem.

Spotless and very well appointed flat.

Our only niggle was that we were 5 adults and there were only four dining seats and only sufficient comfortable seats for four on the sofas. We had to rotate for who took a dining chair when we were all present in the lounge

Little Orme was exactly that.

The view was spectator. It was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. Having two bathrooms was ideal. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend anyone to book this wonderful house. Hope to return soon.

Brilliant location, with some great local bars, cafes, take-away's and restaurants within a 5 min walk. Property offers fantastic views and all the amenities you would want.

Comfortable furniture and beds. Great views of the sea. Lots of walking routes straight from the property. Try out the Artisan bakery for breakfast.

Nice to see the sunrise over The Little Orme each morning. The apartment is situated perfectly for exploring Llandudno and surrounding areas. Few minutes from the seafront, close to shops, cafes etc. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment is only a few hundred yards from the prom and local shops and take aways are a few minutes walk. The facilities are excellent with an impressive array of themed pictures and posters.

My wife and I have self-catered a lot over the years; Little Orme View was, by some distance, the best place we have yet stayed in.

Everything about it was first class, from the location [the main reason we chose it], to the décor and the fixtures and fittings. The seaside theme in the décor ran through the premises like letters through a stick of rock! The attention to detail in the visitors' manual was exceptional, and the whole place was just so well presented. We definitely hope to return.

Really well presented and very clean, bed is so comfy you just fall into it. Instructions on Log Burner so you don't struggle to use it-I'm new to using one. Fully equipped for literally, everything! Loved using the Slow Cooker. View from picture window is amazing of the Little Orme. We are not new to Wales, but if you are, please dont worry, there's plenty to do in Llandudno and gorgeous Coastal Walks. Information folder in accommodation explaining how to use everything, again made it simple. Nice little welcome pack to get you started including Tea, Coffee, milk etc...which is really lovely, especially if your not familiar with the area right away. Would definitely stay here again, we are looking at booking for next year already. Thank you so much for such a lovely weeks stay

Little Orme View is clean and well maintained with all the facilities you could need.

The views from the large picture window are a lovely backdrop for your dining table. The location is ideal for exploring Betws Y Coed and surrounding areas of North Wales.

This was our third holiday at Little Orme View.

The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with comfy beds and settee and chairs. Jacquie is always very helpful and responds to any queries promptly. The central heating comes on morning and evening and we used the log burner during the day as we were not able to go out and about as much as normal because of the weather and a current mobility issue We will be returning again in March next year

Very clean comfortable and well equipped. Situated just off the promenade about a 15 min walk to the town centre. I would recommend this flat to anyone wanting to visit Llandudno, the owner made contact immediately on booking and again 1 week before our arrival with very comprehensive details on the property including what was included in the welcome pack to get you started. Lovely stay at Little Orme View, and we all loved every minute being there.

The apartment is modern and up to date, and was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Lovely panoramic view of the sea, cows and sheep and of the Little Orme. There is certainly plenty to do at Llandudno, and so much to see and do. I would definitely recommend a tram ride, or cable car ride up the Great Orme. Fantastic holiday in a lovely apartment.

Little Orme View is a lovely apartment at the quieter end of Llanduno's prom.

Until the circus arrived in town! It became Little Orme and Big Top View but it didn't distrurb us. The apartment is stylishly decorated and furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was a chilly week for the end of June and we had to ask Jacquie to turn the heating on one afternoon as the upstairs bedroom was very cold. There is an efficient wood burning stove which we used later in the week but we didn't want to light it and leave it when we went out. We hope to come back to Little Orme View as we had a lovely time.

An amazing property!

Everything is provided for your comfort and convenience and it is tastefully furnished and decorated. The view from the lounge is constantly changing and we didn’t need the tv to entertain us. It’s on the edge of town but the walk along the Promenade is easy and very pleasant and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and even an amazing fish and chip shop close to hand. I would highly recommend a stay.

Extremely well furnished and cleaned to a very high standard this holiday let was one of the best we have stayed in.

The inventory covers almost everything you could wish for or need during your stay. Parking was easy, we always parked outside the front door which was convenient and free of charge. Eating breakfast whilst taking in the view from the main window was a fantastic start to each day, highly recommended. We intend to book this holiday let again in the future.

This was our second and hopefully not last holiday at Little Orme View.

Someone had written in the visitors book You should never judge a book by it’s cover. And how true this is for Little Orme View. The outsidevis somewhat unusual but inside is one of the best self catering accommodation we have stayed in. It is very comfortable and well equipped and the icing on the cake is the view from the huge window and the cosy log burner. It is at the quieter end of Llandudno but is well served by local shops and eateries. Although we have never met the owner there is always a welcome pack and she always responds to emails very promotly.

We had such an enjoyable stay. Everything was thought of down to last little details. The flat is really nicely laid out. The massive bed upstairs was heaven!

Absolutely everything has been considered in this well equipped, sparkling clean holiday let.

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The inclement weather meant we got to try the wood burner in August, which was an unexpected treat! If you enjoy eating, the Craig Y Don area of Llandudno will leave you spoilt for choice, with lots of fantastic restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. We loved Top's Chinese in particular. The walk into Llandudno is pleasant along the promenade or beach, or can be via the main shopping street if you prefer. We made the 20 min walk most days, and it really was the best of both worlds to enjoy the bustling town then escape back to the peace and the field of cows over the road. We practically had the beach to ourselves; where else can you say that in August?! Highly recommended, lovely stay.

On arrival the apartment was absolutely spotless.

Jacquie was extremely helpful before and during our stay, she always responded very quickly to my questions. The apartment is very well equiped and is a lovely 25 mins stroll along the promenade to the pier. We had a great holiday.

This is a fantastic holiday apartment, we enjoyed an amazing week there.

The photos don’t do it justice - the rooms are light and airy with high ceilings. The huge window in the lounge overlooks the sea, fields and little Orme, I could sit for hours looking out. The apartment was extremely clean, with everything that we needed as a family of 4. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay.

The apartment is set over 3 floors and is one of the best equipped we have we have stopped in.

Ease of access via the keysafe was good. The photographs on the website are exactly as you will find the apartment. The only thing is if you are elderly or infirm you may struggle with the stairs as there are 31 in total from the ground floor to the master bedroom and are quite steep. The information pack compiled by the owner is very informative with detailed instructions on showers, hot water,heating and the wood burner in the living room. we also were impressed with the welcome pack. Its about a 20 minute walk to the centre of llandudno or if you are feeling lazy an excellent regular bus service is available. All in all a nice break in a nice apartment.

Everything about the apartment was great, clean and comfortable The weather when we went was not the best, but the log burner and central heating, makes little orme a perfect place for breaks in autumn or winter Would definitely recommend to family or friends

Little Orme View was a real home from home.

The perfect base to visit the surrounding areas and such a joy to come back to after a days exploring. Amazing views and being able to just stroll down the road and be on the beach was perfect. We made full use of the games provided our little girl loved using the binoculars to look at the cows and sheep.

Little Orme View is a beautifully decorated apartment with magnificent views of the sea and hills from several windows.

The owners have thought of everything that guests might need and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everywhere was very clean and fresh and we had an extremely comfortable stay. The location of the property is excellent for access to the promenade, beach, shops and the centre of Llandudno. Parking outside the property was always available and there was a useful hall area that was ideal for our fold away bikes. The owners provided a very comprehensive information booklet and a much appreciated 'Welcome Pack'.

The apartment was brilliant and the photos did not give the full breath taking environment.

The welcome basket was fantastic and the views have were great. It was the Transport Festival weekend, which did not cause any issues and in fact made it more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless. The facilities was amazing and up to date. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was 15 min walk along the promenade, which was great. Can't wait to return next year :-)

We loved Little Orme View and had a wonderful Easter break away in Llandudno.

The apartment had a great location just off the prom and it was very comfortable, with everything we needed to spend a week away with our young daughters aged 3 and 6. The house was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated- we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

The accommodation was excellent, you could park directly outside and there were lovely views over towards the little Orme.

Everything was clean, tidy and smart inside and the facilities provided were great. Wi fi worked well and the bathrooms were decorated tastefully with a very large bath in the main bathroom. Would not hesitate to stop again and you could walk to local shops, restaurants and to the excellent chippy just a couple of blocks away. There was also a post office close by. One very small point was that the stairs to the accommodation were quite steep if you have any elderly people with you but that apart, everything else was positive. It was also a nice touch to have a small pack of provisions provided and plenty of towels etc. The wood burner was also a positive although we did not get a chance to use it during our stay.

A lovely conversion in an excellent location.

Very handy to walk into Llandudno and newsagent/convenience store just a couple of minutes walk. Great views across field with sheep to the promenade and the Little Orme. Flat will fitted out and very comfortable - great bed in the master bedroom.

Excellent, clean, modern, and comfortable spacious flat.

“A home from home”. Stunning window views of the Little Orme, and a stones throw away from the beach. Just a short walk to local shops and amenities. Town centre, a short car ride away, with high street stores and supermarkets. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops to enjoy too. An array of family activities in the area including; the Bodafon farm, within walking distance of the flat, and the Welsh Mountain Zoo, about 15 minute drive away is a must. The tram ride up the Great Orme is so much fun and not to be missed! All in all, our family had a brilliant half term break in Llandudno staying at Little Orme View!

this was by far our best holiday to date in the best apartment we could of wished for

One of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in with great view and good access to Llundudno centre and prom.

The apartment was extremely well positioned for a holiday with small children, being minutes from the outdoor pool and bodafon farm park.

It also felt extra special given the lovely view and wonderful master bedroom which added a spot of luxury to the stay. Great for kids and adults alike.

Fabulous situation for exploring Llandudno.

2 mins walk to the promenade. Very bright and airy, comfortable apartment.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the neighbouring Bodafon Farm.

We felt very lucky to have found such a perfect location for the wedding but also for exploring Llandudno and neighbouring Conwy. The flat is done out to a high standard and was emasculately clean. We received a welcome pack of essentials such as tea and coffee which was much appreciated after our long journey to get there. There is a co-op a few minutes walk from the flat and Llandudno town is not much further. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area of Wales and we hope to return again.

Lovey accommodation about a mile along the prom from the town.

Overlooks little orme and the beach. Everything you need and all the little extras. Tastefully decorated, comfy beds and modern kitchen & bathroom. A little farm with a small owl sanctuary & deer, llamas, goats etc is a about half a mile away & a good place to eat. Parking directly outside the property is an added bonus.
