“Absolutely LOVED staying at Captain’s Rest.”

We had an amazing week. The house is beautiful, decorated as an ‘ode to a beach house’ without it being over the top. The house is clean and airy and spacious. The top lounge was our favourite room, we watched glassy seas, choppy seas, sunsets as well as the puffing pig porpoises from that amazing window. To be able to step out of the front door and simply cross the road to the beach is the stuff holidays are made of. Fish and chips and ice cream two minutes away, Dylan’s restaurant a 10 minute walk as well as pitch and putt and the high street also 10 mins away. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the Wii to work, which our two girls were disappointed about as they don’t have one at home! Other than that, we had such a great week and would definitely go back.

Captain's Rest is a wonderful, tastefully decorated seaside holiday house, ideal for families who want to be as close to the beach as possible!

Situated over three floors, this sea front house is spacious & comfortable with the most fabulous sea views from both sitting rooms.

You can step straight out from the front door, across the promenade and onto the beach overlooked by the magnificent castle.

"This fabulous house on the seafront in Criccieth is spacious, stylish and we think has the wow factor!

Just a short stroll to the shops, restaurants, cafes, beach and castle - the perfect location for a great family holiday!" There are some lovely restaurants in Criccieth, try the Tir A Mor, or newly opened and much revered Dylans - be sure to book well in advance!

Cadwaladers ice cream and the best fish n chip shop on the Llyn Peninsula are less than a two minute walk away - well worth a visit!
