  • “A curtailed trip and fewer of us that had been planned- Sadly.”

We had intended on Xmas here, but illness etc. We arrived late on Thurs 26th in the dark to a warm and welcoming house, beautifully decorated for Christmas. We really appreciated it all. What a stunning setting of amazing views from nearly every window. The foggy weather hasn't shown off the view to their best but its been quite eerie too! and when we could see Criccieth Castle - well what a sight! Great kitchen for cooking in. Well-equipped! Loved the comfortable sitting rom too. Very communal ...

Very communal for endless games! We did a beautiful walk from Nantmor car park up the hill through the woods to Beddgelert and back down the river. Visited Abersoch and walked the sections of the north Llyn around whistling sands of Morfa Nefyn. Loved the setting of Ty Coch Inn - a must. Very much enjoyed our family 8am session at Criccieth Sauna - complete with cold plunge and a sea swim Dec 28th! Had a very enjoyable meal at Dylan's one night. Thank you! What a beautiful house!

and so peaceful and serene - you will feel relaxed and at one with the world! Inside, the owners have created a truly stunning home from home, carefully thought out and with no expense spared.

Part original, part new, it is joined together by an amazing slate-floored room with rocking chairs looking out to sea through a glass wall and featuring a beautifully constructed staircase, Cae'r Dyni is furnished throughout with original and hand-crafted pieces. The cosy sitting room has the most incredible views out across the ever changing seascape.

Comfy sofas are set around a wood burner.

There are chairs which you can turn to face looking out of the windows, too.

There’s a flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi. The kitchen is open plan with a dining space to one end of the room, too.

There’s a log burning Esse cooker, an electric cooker and gas hob as well as an American-style fridge with freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher.

The large utility room with sink houses the washing machine and dryer. The dining area has a table lovingly made by the Owners.

There are eight leather chairs, a wood burning stove and oak floors with underfloor heating making a great space for family meals. Ground floor twin bedroom.
