The balcony was excellent although we didn't have the weather to use it more then twice, but the views were stunning. The bed was comfortable and the wool duvet is a game changer! Outstanding shower in the bathroom and a good addition of the second toilet upstairs. Both TVs worked well. Highly recommend this apartment. Small touches of the milk,tea, coffee and sugar and the amazing shortbread were above and beyond.
Constructive feedback from those working in self catering accommodation would be having a washing up sponge/cloth as washing up liquid was provided but no means to clean. Consider having access for extra towels/ toilet roll if there for a week. Although waste and recycling instructions were clear to follow. We had to buy bin bags to contain and separate the recycling ourselves. Either provide bags or boxes or maybe a 3 way recycling bin to make things easier. I would also consider providing a pod coffee machine or a french press. I love filling in a visitors book when staying anywhere and I couldn't locate one. Also your apartment welcome pack may need updating as you are missing some local treasures like Y Maes.
Overall this apartment is well placed in Criccieth and in North Wales in general. It's clean, tidy and comfortable. The stairs although clearly mentioned in the description, were slightly more steeper than expected but manageable for mobile adults. The parking pass was extremely useful and the carpark was just behind the apartment. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for your very lovely review of our apartment and for the constructive feedback / tips. I have updated the welcome pack (a job I had been meaning to do!) and will ensure that there is a cloth/sponge for washing up, together with plenty of bin bags. We will look at the extra towels issue, especially for those staying a full week.
Regarding the coffee, I too want proper coffee in the morning. There was a French press but perhaps it has been broken and I have not been informed. I will check after tomorrow's changeover and will replace as necessary. I will also get a visitors book. You are right, it is nice to read other guests comments and to write a short review during your stay - thanks for the tip.
