“Nice clean little apartment, nice views out the patio door, parking right outside the property which is a bit tight for the larger vehicle but they warn about that, only a few minutes walk into Porthmadog itself and 10 mins max to the steam trains, couple of little niggles but otherwise great property for 2 (or 1 in my case).”

Hot water is on a timer so need to remember to set the timer before its needed. Niggles = being a full glass front door the street light opposite shines into the entrance area so needing the bedroom door closed or partially to keep the light out. Can see where a couple of areas have been touched up but could possibly benefit from a repaint

Peter, Many thanks for the feedback, we have had comments re the front door before and will be looking to add a curtain at the end of this season but in the meantime you could just of closed the bedroom door? The hot water is on a timer to save on costs, once the timer has been clicked it will stay on for 1.5 hours, the water in the tank is still hot and remains hot for hours? The property was completely refurbished & redecorated in January/February so your comment about the property benefiting form a repaint is slightly offensive and totally incorrect. There is one area in the bedroom that needs attention as we ran out of time when refurbishing the property to get this area finished, the patch (a circle 4/5 inches across) is sealed and has been painted but needs to be sanded/filled and repainted but that is it! We have just updated the property at a huge personal cost to Louise & myself yet people still seem to find it appropriate to leave negative remarks for tiny little niggles, I wonder why we bother sometimes!
