Be welcomed into this real home from home by the sitting room, where the charm and character of the property is truly highlighted by the exposed brick walls, the exposed beams and the original workings from when the property was a barn can still be found.

Within the sitting room you will find a warming woodburning stove which offers comfort during a winter’s evening as well as plush sofas to ensure a tranquil setting after an action-packed day.

Moving through the property, you will find a well-equipped kitchen/diner, where home-cooked meals can be enjoyed with the entire family gathered around.

The interior is complete by two well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double bedroom with slopping ceilings and a charming ground-floor bunk bedroom which is perfect for any younger guests.

Located in a rural and remote location nestled within the beautiful hillside scenery of Cwm Pennant, considered to be one of the most beautiful valleys in North Wales. This delightful courtyard of cottages are situated right next to the owners own home, set in 16 acres of gardens, paddocks and gentle sloping mature pastureland, making an idyllic setting for any countryside retreat. Full of charm and character, every cottage offers a unique holiday experience, whilst each with two bedrooms, a family shower room and a woodburning stove. The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caerforn . The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands.
