“Llanwrst is a gorgeous little town and this apartment is right on the square hidden away.”

Loads of amazing walks right on your doorstep but with pubs and shops right there also. The apartment was really well equipped, spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. Loads of amazing walks right on your doorstep but with pubs and shops right there also. The apartment was really well equipped, spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. The Lounge was perfect with huge comfy sofas. Kitchen had everything we needed which is unusual. The games room in the attic is good but only really useful for younger children as everything is miniature. The air hockey wasn’t working but we were quickly provided with a new lead but sadly I think previous guests had not looked after it and it was broken. Not a real issue but needs to be removed. The WiFi is a little ropey, noticed it got worse during the second half of our week, not sure if we shared with others in the building and this affected it. Wasn’t a major issue but could be frustrating after a long walk when settling down to watch a film. This apartment was on the top floor which we enjoyed, great views of the countryside and square. The steps could be a challenge for the elderly but the description does explain this. I would have appreciated some more instructions about where to put rubbish, perhaps this could be added to check in instructions. And please fix the gate and install a new plate on the step to the kitchen - minor but would look much better Overall a great Christmas break. Thankyou!

About the location

LLANRWST

Betws-y-Coed 4 miles; Conwy 10 miles.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
