* No toilet paper holder on wall (you have use bath or windowsill)
* Garden furniture in need of a clean
* Over 1 dozen screws on driveway - hazard to dog and car tyres
* Seating for 12 would be tight in games room or house without using dinning room tables
* Downstairs bedroom window cannot be opened unless you climb on the bed or are well over 6 foot in height
* Windows in one upstairs bedroom VERY stiff and would benefit from oiling
* Small step in ground floor bedroom into en-suite
* Thermostat in downstairs bedroom lights up every time you roll in bed
* Would benefit from dishwasher
* Loose floor board by front door.
* Different sofa which was better (2x 3 seater)
Whilst this property met most of our needs and is in a fantastic location, we feel it wasn’t for us and wouldn’t stay there again. We hope the owners can take our feedback onboard though to benefit other future guests.
few things I'd like to add, there was a toilet seat, it was the lid we were trying to source, we have one now.
There is plenty of space in the games room for guests,
You can clearly see the window in the bedroom on the photos that you so closely scrutinised.
Its a very OLD property, maybe you should look for a modern property that meets all your needs,
Washing line, I’m 5ft 4, and I managed to hang 2 lots of bedding on it, and you had amazing weather, To say there was only 2 of you & a dog I couldn’t understand why all 3 beds were dirty & marked one of them I had to throw away, I’m so glad you wouldn’t stay here again, as we would not welcome you back, so nit picky about everything, most people who stay there it is a base for them as they want to go off exploring, not sit in taking notes of the entire property,
