“This is a wonderful property with every appliance needed for a luxury holiday.”

The hot tub was huge and amazing for all the family. The views from the front bedroom and living were spectacular. The house itself is outstanding and finished to a high standard. The walk down the road to the beach was a bit steep for some of our family but we just drove instead and tried the beaches at Abegele and Colwyn Bay. We needed help one day from the owner who was extremely prompt and got our issue fixed within hours. Excellent service! Overall a wonderful holiday had by all. Thank you

“We had a really lovely week Thankyou!”

Such a beautiful home and was very clean and welcoming. The hamper was a lovely touch and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Owners were responsive when any issues arose. Only suggestion I would give would be some shelves in the showers for the gel, shampoo etc as this would make things easier. But that is a minor detail. Thankyou once again for a lovely stay

“We had a fabulous holiday and thought that the accommodation, attention to detail and 'welcome pack' were great!”

! The hot tub was fabulous but we felt that the garden lacked some comfy furniture/sunbeds on the grass - especially for sunbathing on hot, sunny days. We were also half way through the week when we worked out that the leather sofa could be sat on and not lay on, via hidden switches - information would have been useful for this. On the whole though, superb accommodation, one of the best we have stayed in!!!

“The property was excellent, with our party of 3 couples an en-suite with every room was perfect.”

There was everything you could need in the kitchen should you want to cook and the views from the lounge and master bedroom were amazing. This was a good base to get to all local attractions. The welcome pack was a very appreciated bonus, we couldn’t fault anything. We would all wholeheartedly recommend this property.

“We really couldn’t fault this property.”

The property itself was amazing. The owners gave thought of pretty much everything which makes your stay as comfortable as possible. The property has everything you need and is finished it a really good standard. The location is also great. You have an amazing view out from the balcony and you are a couple of minutes from the main carriageway to access to all the nearby towns. My wife was so impressed she was looking to book again whilst we were still there. We will definitely go back and definitely recommend staying here.

“We loved the accommodation and would stay again .”

Welcome basket was a nice touch , Information folder was good ( kitchen appliances ) Improvements 1.) Clothes pegs for washing line would be useful 2) TV with access to ITV and other channels 3) better instructions for heat pump the bedroom downstairs was very hot and we could not turn it down 4) the recycling is a bit confusing as mentioned in past review

“The house was fantastic and well equipped with outstanding views.”

There were a couple of minor issues that I reported to the local contact (plumbing) that I’m sure will be resolved very soon. The recycling is extremely confusing…nothing on the wheelie bins to suggest where cans or cardboard go…perhaps this can be clarified in the green folder for future guests.

“Fantastic property, great location and very modern.”

Lovely hamper left for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. Very comfortable beds which is really important to us as we have experienced some really bad ones in other properties. Good communication from the property owner. We visited a dog friendly pub for Sunday lunch which was recommended to us, Pen Y Bryn, which was lovely and very dog friendly. A lovely relaxing weekend! Would love to visit in the Summer next time.

“The house s heautifijkly designed and well furnished.”

It was only 15 degrees when we arrived and the hot rub had only been filled 30 mins before our arrival so was unusable for 24 hours of our weekend stay. They need to better plan the air source heat pump and underfloor hearing management as well as hot tub set up. £1000 for a weekend for a cold house and not being able to use all the facilities we paid for was disappointing.

Hi Louise, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that there were issues during your stay. I understand the agents came round to adjust the heating settings for you and bring extra heaters, but I realise that air source heat pumps are a little slower to respond than conventional boilers. We will look at the heating settings and see if they can be tweaked so that it doesn’t get to that level. With regards to the hot tub, we are bound by the holiday let regulations which means that the hot tub must be fully emptied and cleaned between every guest visit. As we had guests checking out that morning there is only so much we can do to get the water back up to temperature in time for check in. We hope that you might consider visiting again in the future. “An excellent property throughout.”

Everything was just perfect. The owners had even left a welcome hamper for us. The house was ve4y well equipped with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The locations was great, with just a short car ride to Llandudno. We also used a taxi service 01745 777666 a few times to take us to a few places when we didn’t want to drive.there were 8 of us and they had a minibus. We would highly recommend this property.

“I booked this on appearance and the views and it did not disappoint, I was wowed by the property from the size, location , and that special luxury touch .”

My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and were sad to leave from the total comfort and all the amenities and the added thoughts to the bedrooms, bathrooms , living room, kitchen which was stocked with every gadget possible really made cooking a pleasure to sit and enjoy that view to then relaxing in the hot tub ! “What an amazing property this is.”

We have spent a week here and everything was just perfect. The property is immaculate. The views from the balcony and living room are lovely. We had everything we needed for a great holiday. The beds were comfortable and we loved the little extras like shampoos and conditioners etc. the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The property is ideally situated for exploring the area. Beautifully decorated and really well equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen very well equipped with quality kitchenware. Very comfy beds with luxury bedding. Great hot tub and bathrobes were really appreciated. Lovely living space with great views. Great location near sandy beaches and easy drive to Llandudno and Conwy. Situated on the lovely North Wales coast, Llanddulas village stands between its more well known neighbours of Abergele and Colwyn Bay. The village has shops, pubs and a large beach, with a cycle track extending for miles along this sandy coastline. Nearby are the fallen folly of Gwrych Castle, wonderful hill walks, or enormous sandy beaches with excellent water sports and fishing. Discover the Welsh Mountain Zoo, 13th Century Conwy Castle and delightful harbour, Victorian Llandudno with its famous promenade, tram rides up the Great Orme and dry ski slope, and not forgetting the whole of Snowdonia – a superb base for exploring this lovely region.
