The property is a great size, furnished incredibly well and is situated in a great location for shops, the beach and even the zoo! The property owners were a delight to communicate with and couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful throughout! Thank you!

“Fantastic property, great location and very modern.”

Lovely hamper left for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. Very comfortable beds which is really important to us as we have experienced some really bad ones in other properties. Good communication from the property owner. We visited a dog friendly pub for Sunday lunch which was recommended to us, Pen Y Bryn, which was lovely and very dog friendly. A lovely relaxing weekend! Would love to visit in the Summer next time.

“The house s heautifijkly designed and well furnished.”

It was only 15 degrees when we arrived and the hot rub had only been filled 30 mins before our arrival so was unusable for 24 hours of our weekend stay. They need to better plan the air source heat pump and underfloor hearing management as well as hot tub set up. £1000 for a weekend for a cold house and not being able to use all the facilities we paid for was disappointing.

Hi Louise, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that there were issues during your stay. I understand the agents came round to adjust the heating settings for you and bring extra heaters, but I realise that air source heat pumps are a little slower to respond than conventional boilers. We will look at the heating settings and see if they can be tweaked so that it doesn’t get to that level. With regards to the hot tub, we are bound by the holiday let regulations which means that the hot tub must be fully emptied and cleaned between every guest visit. As we had guests checking out that morning there is only so much we can do to get the water back up to temperature in time for check in. We hope that you might consider visiting again in the future. “An excellent property throughout.”

Everything was just perfect. The owners had even left a welcome hamper for us. The house was ve4y well equipped with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The locations was great, with just a short car ride to Llandudno. We also used a taxi service 01745 777666 a few times to take us to a few places when we didn’t want to drive.there were 8 of us and they had a minibus. We would highly recommend this property.

“I booked this on appearance and the views and it did not disappoint, I was wowed by the property from the size, location , and that special luxury touch .”

My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and were sad to leave from the total comfort and all the amenities and the added thoughts to the bedrooms, bathrooms , living room, kitchen which was stocked with every gadget possible really made cooking a pleasure to sit and enjoy that view to then relaxing in the hot tub ! “What an amazing property this is.”

We have spent a week here and everything was just perfect. The property is immaculate. The views from the balcony and living room are lovely. We had everything we needed for a great holiday. The beds were comfortable and we loved the little extras like shampoos and conditioners etc. the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The property is ideally situated for exploring the area. There are ample shops eating places nearby too. We would highly recommend this property and we would love to come back in the future. A big thank you to the owners for making our holiday perfect

Lots of space, comfy beds, great cooking facilities and a great view. In addition, the location is only a few minutes away from lots of areas, such as, Llandudno, Conwy, Rhos on Sea, Colwyn Bay & Rhyl etc.

“Absolutely fantastic modern property.”

Beautifully decorated and really well equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen very well equipped with quality kitchenware. Very comfy beds with luxury bedding. Great hot tub and bathrobes were really appreciated. Lovely living space with great views. Great location near sandy beaches and easy drive to Llandudno and Conwy. We loved this property and agreed it is one of the best we have stayed in. Family group of 6 adults + 2 kids (6 and 4) and our dog. Thank you

Situated on the lovely North Wales coast, Llanddulas village stands between its more well known neighbours of Abergele and Colwyn Bay. The village has shops, pubs and a large beach, with a cycle track extending for miles along this sandy coastline. Nearby are the fallen folly of Gwrych Castle, wonderful hill walks, or enormous sandy beaches with excellent water sports and fishing. Discover the Welsh Mountain Zoo, 13th Century Conwy Castle and delightful harbour, Victorian Llandudno with its famous promenade, tram rides up the Great Orme and dry ski slope, and not forgetting the whole of Snowdonia – a superb base for exploring this lovely region.
