“The views from this property were outstanding but there were many issues with the property.”

Some cleaning issues, no lid on kitchen bin, a loud banging noise from the cold water tap in kitchen, unsecure gate from decking, lumpy mattress in twin room & rickety beds, only one Prosecco glass & was told by owner to buy more

Thanks for your review, we will certainly address these issues, we don’t know exactly what the cleaning issues are as it would have been better if the guests had contacted us as what it was, we will mention it to the cleaners. We’ll get a new bin as soon as we can. The gate from the decking has two slide bolts, one top and bottom. It closes ok there is no real need to bolt it. The beds in the twin room this is the first time we’ve had anyone mention this. The presecco glasses yes we did say that if you wish to buy some just let us know what we owe you and we will reimburse you. There are plenty of wine glasses in the cupboard. Property Owner
