    “Fantastic stay, lovely little cottage.”

    Couldn’t find a fault with the accommodation. My only observation was it’s a shame the shed is placed where it is, as it blocks the lovely view from the jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again. Great host, was super helpful. We did struggle to light the fire as there was no lighter but we got there in the end with some help off the hob and a skewer. Overall a lovely stay, peaceful, felt very safe, stunning views! Thanks!

The property

This delightful, quality barn conversion has been finished to a high standard.

Entering into the hallway of the property you will find the ground floor twin bedroom on your right, a stylish family bathroom and a bright and airy kitchen with dining area.

To the left, four steps lead down off the hall into the cosy sitting room which has both underfloor heating and an inglenook woodburner to warm your toes on a cold winter’s evening.

A staircase leads up to a double bedroom with a king-size bed and sloping roof which the children will love.

Outside you will probably spend most of your time in the delightful private hot tub, enjoying the country views and the superb setting.

There is very little light pollution in the area so the night sky is often stunningly clear for stargazers to enjoy.

Ty Gwyn Cottages

Llangwm 2 miles. Five superb detached holiday cottages enjoying an enviable position within North Wales, resting between the lakeside town of Bala and charming Betws-y-Coed. Both Bala and Betws-y-Coed are just a scenic drive away, opening up the Snowdonia Mountain Range and the superb activities and watersports on offer in the area. Hire a canoe on Lake Bala, or enjoy Tree Top Adventure in Betws-y-Coed, whilst for a truly unique experience try Bounce Below in Blaenau Ffestiniog and the amazing Zip World to get a different perspective on the mountain scenery. The tranquil village of Llangwm is perfectly situated between the lakeside town of Bala and charming Betws-y-Coed, renowned as the gateway to Snowdonia National Park. Boasting Lakes Brenig and Alwen within a few miles, this peaceful village offers superb walking, cycling and wildlife watching opportunities amidst the surrounding countryside. The nearby village of Cerrigydrudion offers a family-run entertainment centre including cinema screen and coffee shop.
