We really enjoyed staying at the property.

All facilities were available. It’s a nice location with red squirrels most days. Very quiet and centrally located. The only negative is the long track to the house crossing three cattle grids.

Love the property and the squirrels, this year my brother has become less mobile and I booked the property with him in mind, the only thing he mentioned was that he missed having a hand rail up the 2 steps to the bathroom.

This was our 4th stay in Tirionfa and will definitely not be our last.

It is spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly want in a holiday stay is there. Very comfortable with heating available if needed. Then there are the lovely red squirrels which are an added bonus. We will be back.

What a beautiful, secluded, quiet property.

We really felt as though we were in the middle of nowhere despite being only a ten minute drive into Llangefni town centre, with its great shops and supermarkets. The property was stylish and looked like new. It was cozy and warm and the double bed was really comfy. The kitchen is well equipped enabling us to cook dinner each evening. Our only negative was that the sofa isn’t very comfy and the heat in the shower was inconsistent. The water in the bath ran cold too before there was enough in it, but that’s just to do with my preference as I am sure it would be enough for kids. We really loved the various wildlife that we saw around the property including one very special red resident!! All in all it was a fabulous week enabling us to travel throughout the islands of Anglesey and Holy Island easily. We very much recommend this property. Thank you.

We loved how light and clean the apartment was, along with its quiet, private yet convenient location.

The sofas and bed were very comfortable. The view of Eryri was spectacular. There were some maintenance issues, notably it is difficult to fill the bath as the water runs cold from time to time also the kitchen kickboard regularly falls down when the dishwasher is opened. Extra toilet roll, washing up liquid, bin liners, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets were needed.

For us this is a home away from home, a real retreat in the countryside surrounded by nature and wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

This is our second holiday here and we intend to return again next year. A number of mornings we saw the red squirrels hopping along the garden fence and across the field. The uninterrupted view across the fields to the hills and mountains of snowdonia is a real treat and the evening light is wonderful on sunny days. We like to self cater and the cooking facilities and open plan kitchen dining living area is perfect for us and allows us to relax and enjoy the space. The bed and the sofas are very comfortable. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues which we reported and we found the owner communicative. It’s maybe an idea to leave a note for the cleaners if here for a couple of weeks as to the number of bath and hand towels you need. Having said that we can honestly say this is one of the best cottages we’ve stayed in, for our needs at least, and we’ve done many over the years!

The cleaning agency is letting you down.

Husband removed 30 spiders from tops of walls. Hob and oven not cleaned adequately. Tea towel had holes in it. No spare toilet rolls. No welcome pack. Bedding on king bed felt very damp. Hand towels smelled fusty. Had to run dehumidifier which kept filling up. Power cut one day 9-3, dangerous as husband was in shower when it went off. Grass had not been cut. Damp caused flare up of asthma. We left on Tuesday.

A lovely ground floor apartment with everything you need for a self catering holiday.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. A really quiet situation but only 10 minutes drive to major supermarkets etc A great location as it is central for visiting all sides of the island as well as Snowdonia Would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet yet ideal location.

This apartment was comfortable, tidy and clean.

The owner has gone to alot of trouble to ensure people who stay really have an enjoyable stay at the property for their holiday. The views outside were spectacular seeing Snowdon and mountains and lambs and sheep and red squirrels. Lovely place, would recommend staying here as a couple or a family.

One of the best holiday lets we have stayed at.

Very clean, comfortable and warm. First time we have used a dishwasher in a property because there was plenty of cutlery and plates! Very good location for getting around the island and very peaceful. The red squirrels were a wonderful bonus.

Lovely stay in Tirionfa, place was really comfortable especially during the stormy weather we had during our holiday.

Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to other visitors, great for small families.

The apartment was comfortable and extremely well equipped.

The central heating was programmed to come on in the morning and early evening which was a bonus as the weather was cool during our visit. Overall we were impressed with the accommodation. The setting was peaceful with extensive views across the countryside and the distant mountain range. No complaints, red squirrels a bonus too!

Tirionfa is a lovely property.

Spacious and comfortable. It is in a very quiet peaceful setting. Because it is in a central position it made it convenient to visit lots of different areas. We enjoyed being able to see the mountains and watching the sheep and cattle. We particularly enjoyed seeing red squirrels and woodpeckers in the garden. We highly recommend this accommodation and plan to return.

We were attracted to this apartment because we are avid bird watchers.

Also we saw red squirrels regularly, even perched on our lounge windowsill. The view of the farm field, containing spring lambs and hills beyond was a tonic. It was good to have more than enough crockery and cutlery to make using the dishwasher worth it! No hanging space in the second bedroom is awkward for an adult.

Perfect for us, spotlessly clean, wonderful View,comfy bed.

We could move in tomorrow permanently.

Fantastic property in a beautiful location and close to plenty of amenities and family attractions.

This was our first holiday since the birth of our 2nd child and we've had a wonderful time. The property was very well presented and spotlessly clean. It was amazing to get up in the morning, open the blinds and see the Red Squirrels and Pheasants in the garden. The views of the mountains are also fantastic. We've had such a good time that we've already booked it again for next year as there's so much more we would like to be able to do in the area and one week wasn't enough this time round to fit it all in. Cannot wait to be back there in 2024!

Very comfortable apartment, convenient for getting around Anglesey.

We enjoyed watching the red squirrels and hedgehog! It would be helpful if adequate toilet paper and bin liners were provided, or at least the details should make clear that you need to bring your own. No covered storage for bikes, although there is plenty of room for a basic shelter to be installed.

Wonderful location to explore whole island the apartment was clean, tidy and well presented with all mod cons.

Well here we are back again for our third stay!

We can’t fault the accommodation, the facilities and the view is just stunning, seeing red squirrels most days. Every care has been taken to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of the lucky people staying. I am positive we will be back again. Many thanks.

The property is very nicely furnished and well equipped.

The only fault was the dishwasher ran out of salt. The final 100 m of the track to the house could do with improvement. The view from the living room is fantastic and the location is convenient to get to the rest of the island and the north Wales coast. Overall we had a very enjoyable week.

A superb accommodation with attention to detail throughout!

Very swift & impressive response from the owner when we experienced an issue with the bathroom basin plug. This was resolved extremely quickly! As an ambulant, disabled person I was attracted to this beautiful ground floor apartment thinking it would be stepfree throughout therefore I was surprised to find that the master bedroom, bathroom & laundry facilities were via 2 steps! I would suggest therefore that reference is made to this fact within the description and to include the height of each step. I use gutter crutches but fortunately could just about manage to climb the steps using my husband’s arm as a support rail! A short wooden handrail, tubular in type and in keeping with the decor, to each side of these steps would have been extremely useful enabling me to negotiate them independently. Irrespective of the above, we did have a fabulous stay and would certainly return and recommend to others! Thank you!

Glorious views. Red Squirrels, hedgehogs and woodpeckers seen every day. If you like peace and quiet, the countryside etc, then this is the place for you. Centrally located for reaching all sides of Anglesey. This property is a real hidden gem. Loved our stay, thank you.

I had a two week stay here while walking the entire coastline of Anglesey.

This property is ideally located for that. It is within 30 minutes of any point on the coast. The property is in a quiet setting, comfortable and well equipped. I would recommend it to anyone.

Well equipped apartment with good provision of appliances and cleaning materials.

Quiet rural location with lovely views and red squirrels visiting the garden but near to town for supplies. An enjoyable stay. The only negative was there was no garden furniture as indicated in photos.

Comfortable, welcoming, delightful situation and view and in an ideal location ideal for exploration of Anglesey and NW Wales.

A good place to come back to at the end of each day or to simply relax in and chill!

Very nice accommodation, nicely furnished and well equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Set in a quiet picturesque rural location. We are hoping to book again for another visit.

There is a slight leak under the kitchen sink, the light over the mirror in the bathroom doesn’t work and a bulb has gone in one of the bedside lights has gone.

Other than that it was fabulous.

Stayed here at Tirionfa 2 years ago and we we very happy, subsequently decided to book for this year.

Just a few quibbles though, petty but make a difference. A few light bulbs need replacing, one toilet roll for a weeks stay for 3 and no washing up liquid. Also , no additional towels were left in a visible place. Luckily, I discovered them hiding under the bed.

Lovely place, children really enjoyed it.

Only complaint, check in time was shown as 4pm we arrived at 4.30 and were told by the cleaner it was 5pm. Had to sit in the cat for 30 minutes.

What a fantastic place to stay, would definitely return, it’s not by the beach but is very central to everywhere on Anglsey, very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views.

Excellent well equipped accommodation in a lovely quite location.

We had a lovely week in very comfortable surroundings.

The only downside was the approach to the cottage - down a narrow farm track the last bit of which was quite rutted and when it rained the puddles were quite deep.

Other than that the cottage was really lovely,well equipped and so peaceful.

Excellent apartment.

Very clean and tidy, and all top quality - like really good qualty saucepans, good sharp knives, comfortable bed. Great views and very peaceful. A bit of work required on the (shared) drive. A neighbour said that they filled in the puddles regularly but they always came back. Really required the drainage to be sorted out properly, so the puddles don't appear in the first place. Made for a great holiday.

Lovely peaceful location with uninterupted views towards Snowdonia

Occasional vehicular access restrictions due to access being across a rough farm track round to the rear of the property where parking was provided.

This was exacerbated at times due to farmer closing heavy unhinged gates across the access.

Only one thing, would have been grateful for more toilet rolls, only had 2 left for us in the apartment.
