“Llo Bach Bach is within the most beautiful countryside of North Wales, with stunning scenery around every corner.”

As described, the cottage is tiny, but the living area felt cramped - sitting at the table meant almost sitting on the rubbish bin, and would have been impossible for two people to use without moving it. As described, the cottage is tiny, but the living area felt cramped - sitting at the table meant almost sitting on the rubbish bin, and would have been impossible for two people to use without moving it. I had to move the contents of the cupboards around in order to store my food, but that is common to many cottages, surprisingly. I found the combination oven difficult to use. An instruction booklet is provided, but the oven is low down, and the display is difficult to see. Likewise, the control panels on the radiators are awkward to see. There is no Wi-Fi. The shower is over the bath, and there are no grab rails, nor does the bath have integral handles, so I felt quite unsafe. The bed I slept in was very comfortable, with nice bedding. I appreciate the rural location, but there were a lot of spiders and some cobwebs around the property. Areas such as around the windows and in corners were in need of cleaning. Some of the mismatched mugs were very stained, and a matching set would have been preferable. The path approaching the cottage is an upward slope, covered with loose slate and beyond the cottage the concrete road is uneven, so anyone who's unsteady on their feet should be aware. Dogs are welcome, but there is no secure area and neighbouring fields contain livestock. On a clear night, the starry skies are amazing, with the sounds of owls all around, making the outside world seem far away.
