“On entering the living room the first thing I had do was mend the table lamp.”

The shade and builb had come of the base. The bath was a short one. Too short to stretch your legs out in. The kitchen tap was spraying water when on. It needed attention. The microwave took a large amount of the worktop. The mattress was only fit for the rubbish dump. I never slept on the first nighth there with the pain it gave me. I had sleepless nights and pain every night. My holiday was spoilt because of the extreme tiredness I suffered. The password for the Internet was showing spaces ...

I had sleepless nights and pain every night. My holiday was spoilt because of the extreme tiredness I suffered. The password for the Internet was showing spaces when it shouldn't. As the owner lived in Bolton so they couldn't do anything. They need get over and sort this place out. It seems they are only interested in the income the house makes. The first thing they should do is buy a good quality mattress and get rid of that cheap rubbish the bed for the sake of future guests. They tell us to respect their property but appear to have no respect for us.

We thank you for your feedback. The lamp in the lounge should have been seen by the cleaners. The bath is a 1600 mm and is the largest that will fit in the space, l don’t know how tall you but I am 6ft and fit comfortably. There is a separate shower. The kitchen tap, a plumber has looked at it and found no problems and previous guests say it’s ok when we contacted them. Profit certainly isn’t at the forefront of our mind. You probably didn’t notice the quality Bosch washing machine and Bosch microwave and new fridge freezer or the new large freeview fire tv in the lounge all purchased earlier this year. The mattress and base were only purchased last year we haven’t had other comment about it. So I don’t think profit is a concern We do live in Bolton but have a lot of good people to call. All that was needed was you call us, as we tell you that when you phone about key collection details. The WiFi password has got spaces to make it easier to read. So when you put it in it’s all one guests in the past have requested this. Thanks Rita and John Property Owner
