“This detached property is in a quiet residential area.”

The parking was easy outside the house and it has a secure front and back garden for dogs. No hamper or any bits on arrival which is always a nice touch however we did book late so maybe that is why. The carpets could have been cleaner but they are light coloured so not easy to maintain in a rental I am sure. Overall the property was clean though just the odd bits of dust, old webs etc but as its a big house I guess odd parts can easily be missed. It really is a homely place and very spacious ...

The parking was easy outside the house and it has a secure front and back garden for dogs. The carpets could have been cleaner but they are light coloured so not easy to maintain in a rental I am sure. Overall the property was clean though just the odd bits of dust, old webs etc but as its a big house I guess odd parts can easily be missed. It really is a homely place and very spacious. All 3 bedrooms are a good size but the main bedroom is huge with very nice simple decor. The only negative was the very creaky floor in the main bedroom however maybe this is not an easy fix. Nice to have radios around the house. It is detached so no noise from neighbours, generally very peaceful just the usual sounds outside as it is residential but not a noisy area. There is a spar a short walk from the house and lots of lovely walks within walking distance too, including the beach. This area is beautiful. Bathroom is spacious, modern and a lovely design. Once I messed about with the shower the pressure was good and hot. Bath is lovely too. The nest heating system is very good and easy to use. There are so many lovely lamps which create such a cosy environment. The owner was contactable if needed and was helpful but not obtrusive. Wi fi was good and the property had a fire stick for Netflix etc. There is a conservatory but I preferred relaxing in the spacious, homely living room with the log fire. There is also a nice but small dining room and a very large kitchen with all you could need. All in all we had a lovely stay here with the dog and would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
