“The cottage is in a lovely village with small local shop and community run pub !”

The locals are friendly and the location is well placed for the many attractions in the area . Parking is an issue however and we were never able to park outside the property as expected . The village does acknowledge the parking problem though and you can park in the church car park for a donation .Bev the owner also offered parking suggestions by return when I texted her a bit frazzled after a long journey ! The cottage was clean and comfortable . Not all the storage heaters had been left ...

The village does acknowledge the parking problem though and you can park in the church car park for a donation .Bev the owner also offered parking suggestions by return when I texted her a bit frazzled after a long journey ! The cottage was clean and comfortable . Not all the storage heaters had been left prior to our arrival so it took a time to warm up ! The kitchen was well equipped but some basic provisions such as oil , salt and pepper would be nice and an extra t towel and oven gloves are needed ! The bedrooms are lovely with comfy beds , linens etc . The bathroom is warm with a good shower and bath and the towels were large , soft and white as snow ! A great little cottage for a slice of Welsh village life !
