When we pulled back the duvet, we found a dirty sheet with a blood stain and another stain. We weren’t happy that we had to strip and remake a bed using the sheet from the other room. We didn’t want to use the other room because one of the windows didn’t have a blind, so it got too bright by 3:30. Needless to say, we had to use that room because the other bed was very uncomfortable—the mattress is just springs, and a topper would make it much more comfortable. Both bathrooms, even though they have extractor fans, don’t work, so you end up with a steamy room quickly. The small shower head in the upstairs bathroom leaks a lot.
Outside, there is a lot of broken garden furniture, which has been mentioned in another review. There are also lots of bags of rubbish at the front. It would be much better if these items were removed. We never used the outside space.
I did get in touch with the owner and they apologised. They didn’t offer a solution for the sheet other than to have sent my email to the cleaner. I’m glad we weren’t travelling as a group of four.
Because of the issues, we wouldn’t be returning to this holiday let.

I'm so sorry regarding the bed linen and that the property did not meet your expectations and take on board some of your comments .
Owing to the amount of issues we have encountered when guests have left the property we have taken the decision that we will be withdrawn our property for rental from november.
