    “This place is a disaster.”

Photos looked nothing like the actual house. Full of spider webs and spiders. No electricity for the first night. No entry instructions provided for gates and access to key box. We got lucky with the code to access the key. We cut our stay short by 2 nights and lost most of the first night cleaning and trying to access the fuse box. No customer services available on a Sunday evening from Sykes. Zero response from owner despite several messages during the week leading up to stay. AVOID AT ...

The property welcomes seven guests and one well-behaved dog for an unforgettable getaway, boasting expansive views of the countryside and a convenient location close to both the shoreline and Snowdonia National Park, whilst adorned with luxurious furnishings, Versace accessories, and marble fixtures.

Arrive to a gated driveway, offering panoramic views of Bryn Berthen and its sweeping grounds.

Step inside the property and reach the kitchen/diner, where you can prepare meals and dine across your stay, complete with granite worktops and cutting-edge appliances.

Continue on to the sitting area, which has plush seating, a Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and Versace-inspired wallpaper; this space is perfect for relaxing in after a day of exploring.

Find the ground-floor king-size bedroom as the night progresses, accessible to guests with restricted mobility, featuring an open en-suite and several utility appliances.

The remaining three bedrooms—a double with en-suite, a second double, and a single—are located on the first floor.

All are serviced by a roomy bathroom, which is ideal for unwinding in after a long day of walking.

Wake up to a stroll around Bryn Berthen's lush lawns before continuing on to the scenic areas of Plas Brondanw Gardens, Gwaith Powdwr North Wales Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve, and Bywyd Gwyllt Glaslyn Wildlife - Ospreys.

Before arriving in Portmeirion and its Italian village, which is dotted with inviting restaurants, quaint shops, and immaculate gardens, make a stop in Porthmadog, which is home to a maritime museum, the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway, and the golden beaches of Borth y Gest Beach.

Grab your hiking boots as you enter the national park and head out towards Gelert's Grave, Beddgelert Forest, and the Sygun Copper Mine, which offers audio and underground tours.
