“The location is excellent for travel on the Ffestiniog Railways, being a 5 minute walk to the station.”

You could also have a relaxing time on the settees here looking out over the harbour watching the tide come in and out. The weather wasn’t good enough to sit on the balcony but would be lovely when the sun shines. Just a couple of comments, the deck furniture is not as shown in the photos, the chairs are folded away under the stairs. The shower was passable and only just with what the info says is low water power. The flat does have a slight musty damp smell, not bad and it didn’t put us off. The flat was clean. We think most self catering accommodation provides towels but not here….bring your own. Thank you to the owners for an enjoyable 3 night stay.

Thank you for the feedback and for your booking. The rattan balcony furniture in the photos unfortunately fell victim to the corrosive sea air and had to be disposed of earlier this year. The fold up chairs are a temporary solution until I can find something that can withstand the sea air as I have now gone through three sets of balcony furniture in the last few years. The agent will need to take some new photos of the balcony. I will look into the slight damp smell. Carpets were professionally cleaned in the winter and lounge curtains were replaced at almost four figure cost. There could be a small water leak around the patio door due to the recent poor weather as the old curtains did have some mildew on them. I used to supply towels but was forced to stop during Covid due to the rules. I am keeping it under review as many owners have now gone back to supplying towels. Property Owner
