“We had a wonderful short break at Sea Breeze.”

The property was really spacious, clean and comfortable - It had everything we needed. Communication from the owner was clear and the welcome pack was greatly received. The luxuriously deep bath was a hit amongst the family! The property is in easy reach of plenty of locations. During our stay we visited Talacre Beach, Dyserth Waterfall, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Rhyl and Llandudno. Locally in Prestatyn we popped into the centre on a couple of occasions for drinks and food with a few places ...

We would highly recommend Sea Breeze if you’re looking at stopping in the area.

“Basin in en suite would not hold water.”

Bottom oven wouldn’t heat up. Anyone with mobility problems would struggle with the large front steps. Parking was tight with 2 average cars.

If you had contacted me directly during your stay, raising these issues, I could have assisted you at Seabreeze Cottage on site. With regards to accessing the property, there is also a side entrance on the flat, that allows entry towards the rear via one small step. Really nice property, well furnished and presented, kitchen, dining area, living room, all open plan , with access to patio, excellent large bathroom with walk in shower, en suite shower off main bedroom quite small , bi fold door to shower would give more room, mattress to main bedroom not really comfortable, , Even though on main road and bus stop outside no issues with noise, would definitely recommend and would return,

“Very high quality venue with all the equipment needed.”

Very clean and fresh feeling to all areas. Parking OK for two cars. Bus stop right outside if required.Good garden space and patio with furniture and table tennis covered area. Easy contact with owners when required. Good touring venue for coastal towns. Minutes drive to local beach and 20 to 30 minutes walk.Railway nearby. Traditional and more modern shopping nearby.

“Sea Breeze Cottage is absolutely perfect.”

It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. It is superbly clean and presented. The location is great, very close to various supermarkets. It is a short drive to Prestatyn Beach which is really clean and great for kids. I could not recommend this property enough. One little request... a clothes airer please. There is a great clothes line in the garden but with our British weather, a clothes airer would be good especially with children who generate a lot of washing from the beach. We will definitely consider this property again in the future.

“Don't hesitate to book!”

Omg what a godsend seabreeze has been - sadly not here on holiday but clearing out our mums house after we lost her late last year. 40 plus years of dirt and endless trips to charity shops has taken its toll but we were all smiling knowing what a wonderful home from home was waiting at the end of each day. The location is perfect. Quiet yet close to everything you could need. Clean modern luxurious property giving valuable respite from the days activities. Nothing overlooked and welcome extras like milk in the fridge. Sadly we are back in 3 weeks but you are booked up or we would definately have been back. Thank you

“The house is beautiful, a lovely surprise, top notch.”

The small step into the dining area caught us all out, my 80 year old mother especially. It’s on a main road but the traffic doesn’t disturb you and it’s quite a trek to the beach. Had to be out for 10am which is early, there was literally someone sat outside at 10am waiting for us to leave. We were 10 minutes late but with a 3 year old and an 80 year old it was a rush.

Hello Thanks for your feedback, all of which have been noted. The very small differentiation of level between the kitchen and dining area has now been addressed. The spacious bungalow has easy access at the front of the property, with two steps secured with a safety handrail, at the front of the property directly situated from the car park. There is level entry access through the patio doors at the rear of the property. Sykes check out time for most properties is at 10am, (some insist on an earlier checkout at 9am) This five hour time scale is paramount in order to complete our changeover and thorough cleaning regime before next the next guest arrival. The cleaners did not make disturbances to your stay prior to this time. They waited patiently outside. Our welcome folder gives full and concise guest information on in-house and local facilities. “We have stayed in several holiday cottages over the years, many of them with Sykes Cottages and we can safely say that Sea Breeze Cottage is by far the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in.”

The rooms are large, the kitchen and bathroom are amazing. The standard of cleanliness is very, very good. I know that this was just new to the market in July this year, but I hope this standard is maintained. The only problem we will have is that we will be comparing everything to Sea Breeze. I can forsee a phrase "This is nice , but it's not as good as that Sea Breeze Cottage" being used again and again.

Sea Breeze Cottage is positioned in the coastal town of Prestatyn, just paces away from a sandy beach.

This stylish bungalow is ideal for families or friends looking for a family holiday in North Wales.

The interior has a contemporary feel and the garden is enclosed so you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Be greeted by off-road parking and breathe in the fresh, sea-air before stepping inside to the entrance hallway; here you can leave your shoes and jackets.

The open-plan living space has a chic-style and consists of a kitchen area with an electric double oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher for a fuss-free clean.

Savour home-cooked meals at the dining table or if the sun is shining, why not make it an alfresco affair by eating at the furniture in the lawned garden?

Watch the sunset with a glass of wine in hand; afterwards enjoy a family favourite on the smart TV as you snuggle up on the corner sofa.

After a day well spent at the beach, make use of the bathroom for either a soothing soak in the freestanding bath or the separate shower.
