The property

Hen Felin is a beautifully renovated detached cottage located in a rural part of the Lleyn Peninsula and close to the Lon Goed.

This charming cottage is a perfect retreat for couples or small families.

The property includes two bedrooms and a wonderful private outdoor space with the luxury of a hot tub.

For guests who enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, woodland, and coastal walks then Hen Felin is the ideal destination.

A private drive leads to the cottage and the enclosed lawn area.

There is also ample parking space for two cars.

The patio doors lead into the airy and modern kitchen/diner, fitted with a light grey shaker-style kitchen, oil-fired Aga, and a variety of integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, hob, and fridge/freezer.

A large dining table sits in the centre of this spacious area where you can relax and enjoy your meals or simply admire the views.

From the kitchen you can make your way to the inviting and welcoming sitting room to unwind after a day of exploring the local area.

Relax on the plush sofas in front of the woodburning stove and catch up on your favourite TV programmes on the wall-mounted Smart TV.

Upstairs the double bedroom has been tastefully decorated and furnished.

You can even watch morning TV from the comfort of your bed.

The second bedroom, ideal for children includes a set of white bunk beds.

The bathroom is sleek and airy consisting of a bath, overhead shower, basin unit with storage, and a WC.

The outdoor area has an enclosed private patio and lawned area where you can relax with a glass of your favourite wine on the luxurious outdoor furniture or unwind in this spacious hot tub.

A short distance down the coast is the popular village of Abersoch with its sandy beach, contemporary restaurants, and stylish shops.
