“The property was similar to the photos on the website and we had also seen the accommodation as we booked the upstairs flat last year.”

Unfortunately the flat has not been kept clean- absolutely filthy under the bed ( had to find an item that had fallen underneath) and stained bed coverings ( dried blood) in room with the twin beds. The oven was dirty inside and washer/ drier did not dry anything at all. The showers trap was blocked with hair and detritus so the water didnt drain: we tried to clear but required professional tools.Black mould on shower grouting needs removal. This was pointed out to the cleaner who said it ...

This was pointed out to the cleaner who said it wasn’t her job to address. No spare bin liners were left and kitchen bin is too small to be practical for a weeks stay.Hoover was clogged and broken so used broom to sweep floors on departure. There was no washing up bowl so we purchased one from supermarket in Holyhead. Such a shame as it would be a lovely place with better maintenance and proper cleaning.
