“Roma is a beautiful house, situated wonderfully for walks along the promenade.”
Particularly loved the view from the bedroom with the fabulously comfy round black chair that twirls round, spent lots of evenings watching the sunset from that chair. Lovely welcome pack, not had Bara Brith for years and was just as nice as I remember. Did not find the corner sofa a problem like some said, it seemed very comfortable to us both. Great information folder provided by the owners, lots of personal recommendations. We did try Hickory's one afternoon, it was quite an experience, ...
We did try Hickory's one afternoon, it was quite an experience, on the expensive side but we did enjoy it but would not return, (be aware if you walk up to Hickory's it is a long hill if you have mobility issues). We preferred the Rhos Fynach Tavern with a stroll along the mainly flat promenade and returned there several times for lunches & drinks. First time to Rhos on Sea but we will definitely be returning there and to Roma. We were so lucky with the weather as mainly dry all week which is unusual in April.
