    “The Red could have been a fantastic place but it could really do with a facelift.”

    Dining chair had the leather peeling off, coffee table had patches where the varnish had worn away, decking around the hot tub was rotting, hot tub cover had seen better days, added to all that there were spots of blood on the duvet cover! We still had a lovely break, the lodges were really peaceful, with a little tlc this could be a fantastic place

The living space is open-plan and welcoming with classic styling from a Chesterfield leather sofa which converts to a double sofa bed, an oversized bean bag and characterful woodburning stove to warm up by.

St Asaph, though small, was awarded city status in 2012, even though it boasts a population of little over 3500 occupants. Lying in the Vale of Clwyd, six miles between Denbigh and the coastal town of Rhyl, in North Wales, St Asaph enjoys a strategic location overlooking the rivers Clwyd and Elwy.
