“Great location with fantastic views and overall beautifuly created, but it needs a bit of TLC.”

The downstairs shower has grout missing from between 2 tiles. The downstairs toiliet window has signs of mold in the top right corner. There were cobwebs and spiders in every room and the floors looked like they hadn't been washed for a while and all the corners of the floors had a build up of muck. There are only 7 bowls (should be at least 8). The blind at the kitchen sink window is covered in mess (basically the whole place needs a really deep clean and considering this is the beginning of the season what will it be like by the end of it). One of the larger saucepans (copper bottom with a large bolge in it) does not work on the cooker, this took some time to figure out on the 1st night why food was not cooking. The door to the games room is missing a hinge and so is difficult to close. There is a loose floor tile in the lounge area and several on the patio. The beds make an aweful noise when you get up (wakes partner when getting up in the middle of night) and the sound proofing between floors is none existent. Many of the utensils in the draw were covered in grease when we arrived. For a property of this quality build and cost it needs more attention to detail. The TV could do with being a smart TV, we had to cast from Husbands iPhone to enable brother to access his Sky account to watch his football (a 1st world problem but people expect these things these days).

Dear Brenda Thank you for your review, without feedback we cant resolve any issues that may be present. There are three contact numbers which are on 24hrs any problems we will resolve as soon as possible. We have invested a massive amount of money and time into our properties and want them to be 100% at ALL times and nothing less. I have spoken to my cleaners and will have a site visit to resolve ALL issues that may be present inc cleaning, missing grout, removal of pan, stock check on all items bowls etc, loose tile. I have no idea about your " Awful noise coming from the bed" issue but I will certainly check all beds for noises. I personally pressure washed EVERY TILE on the patio area two weeks ago and did not notice any loose or it would have been addressed. There is acoustic lagging in between all floors, in all the properties . Regarding the Games room hinge, it was replaced 3 days after it was reported to me as it had to be ordered online and posted. A new big screen LG smart TV has been ordered now. If you wish to discuss anything whatsoever please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. Thank You Best Wishes Paul Property Owner
