Lovely homely cottage.

Bigger than we expected. Very well equipped right down to iron, cafetière, tea , coffee, cleaning materials! Owners left milk and a lovely cake. Great base for exploring Anglesey and N wales. Owners very responsive to communication. Seen a few comments about the large open windows and door but we liked it as made the cottage very light. We Will definitely be returning!

We really loved Mulberry Cottage.

It was our second visit. It is in beautiful surroundings, with horses in the fields and lots of unusual birds and wildlife. There was also plenty of space for our grandsons to let off steam. The cottage is cosy and very clean and welcoming( with a beautiful cake to welcome us) The beds are comfortable and 2 bathrooms are spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at Mulberry Cottage.

The cottage is actually more spacious than how it appears on the photos which was a pleasant surprise. Peaceful surroundings and a great location to be based to explore Anglesey. The only note as mentioned by others the front and back door could do with a blind, it didn’t really bother me but just a nice to have. Thank you.

Only suggestion would be a radio and/or Smart TV

More spacious than we thought it would be ! ☺️ Everywhere very clean. Lovely quiet location. We enjoyed our little break to view Bangor University and if Bangor is the choice of our teen we would definitely like to use this cottage as a bolt hole for visiting in the future if they will have us ☺️ Loved the view from the kitchen of the horses gambling in their field. Small housekeeping note for owners ☺️ Couldn’t find a pair of scissors . Also freezer very noisy, may just need a defrost? Agree with other comments from guests that a little more privacy with an extra curtain would be good, poor people having to spy me in my nightie enjoying a leisurely morning cuppa ☺️

Perfect location to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia.

From the moment we opened the door we knew we were in for a treat.

Fantastic accommodation. The lounge is bright and comfortable. The kitchen has literally everything you could need. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. Outside space eating area and view just great. We were on a track day and the race circuit and there was lots of space to park the car and trailer. Good walk from the house for the dog. Can’t recommend highly enough

Beautiful location.

I would highly recommend this cottage in a beautiful location, secluded but convenient to local beaches and country pubs.

Lovely touches included arriving to a freshly baked home made cake which was delicious! Perfect place to have a tranquil break and ideal for dog walking.

Stayed for a week, with friends, in Mulberry Cottage.

Excellent property which was well equipped and was ideal for our stay. A lot of thought has gone into the layout of the property mixing a modern layout with an old building. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare a cooked meal every night. The lounge was cosy and comfortable and plenty warm enough (without the need to light the stove) for our mid October stay. We had a problem with a door handle but the owners sorted it out without any delay and were lovely to deal with. If we visit Anglesey again, this would be our first choice for accommodation. Really can’t recommend it highly enough to do it justice. Excellent

Lovely place in a great location for exploring Anglesey.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return. A couple of things for potential holiday makers to consider, there is no washing machine ( not that the description suggests there is one), the front door has plain glass in it , which has been noted by others requesting privacy glass or film, and the drive which is obviously a farm track does have some potholes in it. A pile of shale is there so assume they will be filled in shortly.

The cottage is in a good location and it’s nice and quiet on the farm.

We loved the furniture and decor. The owner left us a delicious homemade cake for when we arrived which was a lovely touch. A few of our concerns for the owner to note: - No curtains at the front entrance, back door and landing window, which meant privacy was a slight issue as the other cottage guests kept looking in at us when they walked their dogs. - There is no electric shaver/toothbrush socket in the bathrooms so we had to go buy a toothbrush from the shop. This may be worth noting on the listing so people know in advance. - Some of the pans and crockery are very well used and scratched and could do with being replaced. - We were limited to what we could watch on an evening, no Netflix or on demand services. A smart TV would have made our stay a bit nicer! - I realise we are at the end of the season, but the cottage could now do with a deep clean, the skirting boards were quite dirty in places and there were established cobwebs behind the bin in the bathroom and bedroom, also behind the side tables in the bedroom. My mum also had to wipe the dressing table down before she could use it as it was thick of dust. - The pear tree constantly bangs against the roof of the downstairs bedroom when it’s windy which was annoying. Could do with trimming back.

We had a great stay at Mulberry Cottage.

We appreciated the welcoming gestures especially enjoying the cake!! The facilities were ideal for 4adults, 2children and a dog and we had a very comfortable stay. The Cottage was also ideally located for exploring Anglesey and the North Wales Coast. We would return if coming back to the island and happily recommend.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend with the family which included 2 small children.

The description was accurate and reasonably easy to find. There was 2 horses on the field behind the cottage which the boys were fascinated by would definitely recommend. Nice touches like a cake and milk tea and coffee.

The Mulberry cottage we stayed in is one of 3 on the farm.

The location for exploring the island is excellent. The cottage itself is modern with all the facilities you would need for a holiday. There was a lovely walk we used on the farm to walk our dog every morning. We even had the benefit of a couple of horses staying in a field at the rear of the cottage which just added to the peace and tranquillity of the place. We found the owners to be very friendly and welcoming and if we were to go to Anglesey again we would definitely look to re-book this cottage.

We had a lovely stay at Mulberry.

The WiFi was not too bad but I knew having stayed before that there are issues. The beds were so comfortable all of us commented and all had good nights sleep. We loved the layout at Mulberry and the size very spacious. Parking great and the ability to take the dogs for a safe walk from the cottage ideal for pet owners. Well equipped kitchen. Owners very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Location very handy for visiting beaches and very peaceful for days in. Because of the wonderful weather took advantage of the outside table and chairs for dining and relaxing. Definitely my go to cottage for Anglesey.

You couldn't ask for better value for the location, the cottage, the facilities and the hosts.

Bonny and Rupert went out their way to make our stay over the Christmas holidays really special with delightful little touches, such as a lovingly decorated tree, some simple decorations and a fully dressed table with a selection of mince pies. Fully open to allowing us to extend our stay, as hosts they are completely hands off and just left us to our own devices. We would certainly consider staying again in the future.

Mulberry Cottage met nearly all our expectations - very well-placed of the delights of Anglesey, Bangor & Snowdonia and the cottage was warm & comfortable with plenty of space.

Only one minor wrinkle for us, travelling with our Springer Spaniel, is that the garden area is not fully enclosed.

Everything you could need is provided, spotlessly clean, sofa and beds very comfortable, great heating and so lovely to light the fire for cosy evenings. The location was perfect for both walks and travelling to other areas and so quiet. The owners are just next door and give a great welcome but are not intrusive. Highly recommend

Absolutely gorgeous place.

Friendly, helpful owners, beautiful setting. Loved talking to the horses, with a glass of wine, as the sun set on lovely views. Definitely be returning ASAP.

The cottage is really comfortable, cosy, well furnished with all equipment you could possibly require.

Kitchen is lovely with big island unit. Had a lovely stay with rabbits and pheasants walking across the courtyard. Great location for getting about and lots of pubs restaurants in the vicinity. Thanks to Bonny for the lovely welcome cake.

Just returned from a very relaxing week at Mulberry Cottage.

Our first visit was back in August 2018. Perfect location for relaxing, peace and quiet and for exploring the island of Anglesey. A beautiful modern spacious cottage. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Dog friendly and our four legged furry family members had a ball. The welcome cake on arrival is just perfect after a long journey. Hope to return soon.

Stayed here in all 3 cottages for my Dads 80th a few years ago and had use of the barn.

Came back because it’s a great location and really well appointed. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay and Mulberry Cottage.

Our Labrador enjoyed her walks around the farm. My boys loves flying their toy aeroplanes in the fields. The tennis court is lots of fun, but could do with all the lines re-marking. Lots of lovely beaches, castles and places to visit close by. Owners were happy to help and the owners child even played tennis with my son and showed him the horses, which he was super pleased about.

The rudest and most unpleasant owner we have ever come across. There are ways to deal with a concern she had and storming over and being very rude to us on our first morning is not the way. I emailed, called and text Menai Holidays about this on the Saturday and to date have yet to receive any response.

This was out third stay at Wern Farm, first year at Partridge cottage and the last two years at Mulberry cottage.

Will be back again next Easter. Brilliant.

So lovely and cosy and perfect for visiting family as my house is not big enough to accommodate everyone.

We found that the wifi wasn't very strong so we weren't able to use our Fire Stick for the TV - only a minor issue and probably not a problem for most visitors. This is my second booking and I would definitely book again. Thank You!

We had a amazing time at Mulberry cottage, lovely and clean, very spacious with everything you need for your stay.

The owners Bonnie and Rhupert were on hand when needed, the hot water went off for a short while and within 20mins after mentioning it to Bonnie it was back on. The area around Mulberry cottage was so peaceful and quiet a great place to relax ,I would definitely be returning when we get the chance .

We booked Mulberry Cottage for a 3 night stay with a view to exploring Anglesey for the first time and then visiting Portmerion.

The cottage is on a farm where the owners are very friendly. We got exactly what we wanted.....peace and quiet on the farm...in a lovely cottage which provided all that we wanted....well equipped, comfy bedrooms and an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with a fabulous log fire which made it warm and cosy on a night time. The position was excellent just outside of Menai and within easy distance of the whole of Anglesey. Definitely recommend.

Had a lovely relaxing week at Mulberry Cottage it was so quiet and peaceful.

We were very comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed. Being able to park right outside was great as we had a baby with us. The garden at the back was really good for our dogs especially early morning and last thing at night. We had a few dog walks around the farm as well which were very pleasant.

Cottage and outside space very dog friendly. The cottage had everything you could wish for and the owners were on hand and very helpful and friendly. Definitely consider another visit.

Great hosting Bonny and Rupert very welcoming and very attentive when we had no hot water.

Great location for many trips during the week beaches clean and very safe for young children. My only criticism the bedding not quite up to standard needs a freshen up as did all the towels. Thank you again Anglesey for a wonderful holiday

It would have been nice to see the owners as they live on site.

This is our second year running we have stayed at Wern Farm, last year at 'Partridge' cottage and this year at 'Mulberry'.

As ever the quality of the cottages are very high and we will be back again at Easter next year. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed in Mulberry Cottage.

We are a family of 5 adults with 2 dogs and the cottage is perfect for us hence why we returned for a second time. It’s in a great location and within easy reach of the nearby beaches. The cottage is well equipped and the beds are really comfy

Very comfortable and well equipped the only thing to my mind that would improve this would be a washing machine. Great holiday cottage, clean and stylishly presented, had a very enjoyable time.

The cottage was very well equipped, everything we needed, but a washing machine or perhaps access to a communal laundry room would be a very useful addition. There was a lovely sponge cake, tea, coffee and milk waiting for us on arrival and Bonny (the owner) popped over as soon as she saw us to check that everything was ok. Bonny was on hand throughout our stay and I would highly recommend the cottage to anybody thinking of visiting Anglesey. We hope that the cottage is available to book next year as we’ll definitely be booking again

The cottage was comfy ,clean quiet and warm. Good location for getting to the beaches and cliff walks Only problem was the poor WiFi signal which hindered research to find local amenities and local tourist attractions

Beautifully clean, well presented and with a delicious bara brith on the table to enjoy with a cup of tea - the perfect start to a lovely holiday. A quiet location, well placed to access every part of Anglesey. We would love to come back another time - thoroughly recommended!

There was everything there that we needed, even a surprise cake on arrival. Everywhere was immaculately cleaned. We had a wonderful weekend. So relaxing. The WiFi was slower than we were used to but the scenery made up for that. Would definitely recommend. Loved it.

Mulberry cottage is a beautiful place to stay.

It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners made us very welcome and were always on hand for anything we needed. My grandsons enjoyed playing safely outside the cottage and talking to the horses in the field behind. Altogether a lovely holiday.

Great location, 5 minutes from Menai, 10 minutes from Beaumaris.

Beautiful barn conversion, very clean, well planned layout, well equipped with an enclosed garden for the dogs. The garden is shared with 2 adjoining properties but all have their own seating areas with beautiful countryside views. The barn is located on a farm with friendly owners at hand if needed. We were welcomed with the table laid for tea and some homemade Bara Brith. The weather was lovely for September and we even saw some porpoises at Bull Bay. Highly recommend the accomodation and Menai Holidays.

The setting was beautiful. We could walk straight from the door into the countryside. The children loved the tennis court. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive from the cottage. The cottage itself was well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable, well appointed cottage just outside Menai Bridge town - a location that suited us perfectly.

We had a small issue with dirty kitchen equipment which was reported to Bonnie but this in no way spoilt the overall enjoyment of our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return there.

Just as good as it looked when we booked online. Everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Quiet location and very close to Menai, 5 mins in the car, where you can find good restaurants and shops

The cottage decoration and soft furnishings were to a high standard, the beds were very comfortable.

Everything is there that you might need and if not Bonny and Rupert are friendly and helpful. It's peaceful and it's a good place to start a tour around Angelsey.
