    “We really loved Mulberry Cottage.”

    It was our second visit. It is in beautiful surroundings, with horses in the fields and lots of unusual birds and wildlife. There was also plenty of space for our grandsons to let off steam. The cottage is cosy and very clean and welcoming( with a beautiful cake to welcome us) The beds are comfortable and 2 bathrooms are spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

The renovated stone barn at Wern Farm has been completed to a high standard, making a lovely holiday cottage to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The space has been so well thought out with a lovely open planned living area, comfortable cosy bedrooms and outdoor elevated seating, perfect for dining al fresco. "Each cottage in this lovely barn conversion is perfectly designed to provide space, comfort and relaxation." Mulberry Cottage is in a perfect location for exploring Anglesey.

You are just a stone’s throw from the variety of shops and eateries of Menai Bridge or the popular sandy beach at Red Wharf Bay.

However, if you did just want to put your feet up and relax you couldn’t ask more of this peaceful location. Mulberry is one of 3 cottages with its own exterior space.

PENTRAETH

Red Wharf Bay 2 miles; Benllech 3 miles; Beaumaris 6 miles.

Pentraeth is a small attractive village on the banks of the River Nodwydd on the north-east coast of Anglesey. It has a village church that dates back to the 12th century and is located between Llanddona beach and Red Wharf Bay, which has over 4.5 miles of sandy beach. Red Wharf Bay’s Welsh name is Traeth Coch (Red Beach) and the area is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and provides safe bathing, perfect for wonderful family fun, fishing and miles of stunning scenic walks. The large bay attracts a huge number of waterfowl and wading birds, including shell duck, grey plover, purple sandpipers, curlew, oystercatchers and dunlin. Only 6 miles away is the delightful medieval town of Beaumaris which boasts a 13th century moated castle, excellent shops, pubs, restaurants, bistros and museums, as well as a golf course and exciting pleasure boat and sea fishing trips. This is a great location on the east coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, yet only six minutes from the Britannia Bridge to access the mainland.
