“We have just returned from an amazing week at this gorgeous house.”

We could not fault anything the views were amazing; the house was really well equipped for a large family holiday. Having 6 children under 5 with us could have been a problem, but there was plenty of space to move around in a safe environment both inside and out. The bedroom set up was ideal for giving everyone their own space and the adults loved the snug in the evening with the wood burning stove. This superb, detached Edwardian villa is located in a prime spot on its own headland, with stunning sea views on three sides, situated on the edge of the popular seaside town of Cemaes Bay on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey.

This prominent stylish cottage offers peace and tranquillity for its guests, with its own private coastline and direct access to the Anglesey Coastal Path, rocky cliffs and beach, overlooking the bay and just 5 minutes' walk from the village centre and harbour.

The house has been decorated with a calming coastal styling and offers open plan living accommodation laid out to maximise the bay views from the sitting room, including a full width window to maximise the panoramic view.

It also has a cosy snug area with a woodburning stove and a spacious dining room with ample space for everyone to sit and socialise over a home-cooked meal prepared with ease in the stylish, fitted kitchen with range cooker.

Angorfa (Welsh for Anchorage) offers flexible sleeping arrangements with sea views from most bedrooms, four with ensuite facilities, and the remainder with basins in the rooms.

The garden reaches down to the sea, including a terrace built 'over' the sea for dining, barbecuing or relaxing with a refreshing drink, or just a coffee and a good book.

Once at this cottage you will not want to leave, with all the entertainment you could need right on your doorstep, with sailing, rock-pooling, beachcombing and birdwatching in abundance.

The cottage also makes a great base to explore the surrounding countryside on this beautiful island, renowned for its kayaking, fishing, golf and wonderful coastal walks.

Within an easy drive you will find the Snowdonia National Park or the Llyn Peninsula or you can even travel across to the 'Emerald Isle' from the nearby port at Holyhead.
