An excellent cottage very comfortable and well equipped.

Great location, walks from the door and a very handy pub. Very dog friendly, with secure garden. I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage.

The cottage is in a lovely village with great amenities and walks but it is dated.

The sofas in the front room are not very comfortable and the pool room should not be advertised. However the garden was good and secure for kids and dogs.

We found the property to be very clean, comfortable and had everything that we could possible need both for ourselves and our two dogs, it has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and we can`t wait to return again soon.

Amazing holiday.

Very calm, peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful views of the sea and loads of lovely dog walks. House was perfect and had everything we needed as well as the added bonus of the pool table.

We have just returned home from a week at Moelfre.

The cottage is in an ideal location, and very quiet. The cottage it a great size and is ideal for families and a great base. It definitely had everything we needed. But for us the beds (except the singles) were far too hard and uncomfortable. The damp that is all on the wall above the single bed (against the wall) is horrendous and should not be like that at all. It is pulling the paint and plaster from the wall. There are other patches of damp in the living room and dining room. This is very disappointing especially with the price you pay. It is a shame as this is somewhere we would return to, but I could not return with that level of damp.

It was very disappointing to find the cottage not as clean as it should have been upon arrival.

I would have dealt with some of the minor things myself, ie dirty dishwasher filter in need of a rinse and wheel from basket runner left loose inside the basket, congealed food inside the fitted kitchen bin, food crumbs in the cutlery drawer and biscuit barrel, cupboard shelves in need of a wipe, etc had there been any cleaning products available to use, but there was not even so much as a j cloth or disposable sponge left for guests use. We immediate went out to purchase some antibac spray and cloths but on returning and then noticing the state of the downstairs toilet, it was a step too far. Seat and lid left up showing dried stains around the top, and dirty used bowl. This was when we contacted you. Your cleaner arrived after our phone conversation to deal with these matters and said she wasnt allowed to leave any cleaning products for guests use. This seems very strange as we holiday in dog friendly cottages two or three times a year, and there has always been something left to freshen the cottage ourselves during the week. The cleaner has now left a bottle of bleach and some j-cloths. I appreciate cleaners only have a limited amount of time between bookings but some things do require more attention from time to time. I.e. the black mould around the conservatory windows and bedroom balcony doors, bird muck on the inside of the bedroom window. Also the fan in the bathroom does not work, and there is a leak under the bathroom sink which has a small containor to catch the drips. The dustpan and brush need replacing as the flexible edge of the dustpan is missing so and dirt gets swept under the gap instead of into the pan. Also the broom doesn't sweep the hard floors very well. Currently the garden needs some attention, it is quite overgrown and does not look like the picturers on the website. It would be useful for the listing to state that some of the garden has a wall height of around 1m, which for many dogs is very easy to jump over. The cottage itself is lovely, in a perfect position so it seems a shame to spoil the experience over things that could be easily rectified.

Seiriol View is a 10 out of 10 property for cleanliness and location, in fact everything.

The beds are very comfy, we both slept like logs. We took our Labradoodles, Wilf and Billy, and because the garden is totally enclosed we were able to let them out to play safely. We spent a week from Saturday 3rd June, and we didn't want to leave. The weather was perfect, warm with a fresh breeze. It is a credit to the owners and we would like to visit Moelfre again. Thank you.

A lovely spacious house, in one of the best villages on Anglesey.

Beautifully decorated, with nice touches, like interesting art on the walls, it is very well equipped. This was a perfect base for my family (ranging from mid 30s to 66) to walk the Anglesey Coast Path - all of it - and spend quality time together. I’ve seen comments that the third bedroom, the twin, is small and suited to children, but with so much space in the rest of the house it was fine for adults. Everything spotless. Great to meet the owner too.

Lovely detached cottage with great views over the village of Moelfre to the sea.

The cottage was spacious, clean and comfortable and we wanted for nothing. The garden was fully enclosed so our dogs could safely play outside, and we took average of the nice weather to sit out too. The village has a decent pub, cafe/restaurant, ice cream booth, fish and chip shop, local shop and a RNLI visitor centre all within a few minutes walk. So peaceful on the island, we didn't want to come home. Many thanks!

Have already booked to come back next year. We all felt so comfortable. Beautiful house and location. Perfectly placed. Beautiful weather too! Couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much and we can't wait to come back.

Great location to explore beautiful Anglesey with the local pub, cafe and shop all in easy walking distance.

Property is tastefully fitted out making it perfect for us to take our dogs. The only issue is the log burner in the lounge which needs urgent attention otherwise it should not be in use. The door does not shut with no seal and it is therefore presenting a carbon monoxide danger.

Lovely cottage, however, wasn't expecting the games room to be in a detached building, more like a small garage so had to walk out of cottage and was a cold room as the radiator did not work.

The twin bedded room is only really suitable for children, very small with absolutely no space to put clothes or dressing gowns as there wasn't even a coat hook on back of the door. Although it was adequate for a couple of nights stay but no longer. I don't want this to detract from the great cottage and hospitable host, just maybe make this a bit clearer in the listing.

This is the third time we have stayed here.

The location is brilliant and the house is magical. We really appreciated the fully enclosed yard as it allowed us to bring our (large) dog on holiday with us.

Beautiful cottage.

We loved staying here. It was clean and spacious. The log fires were lovely on a cold evening. Pool table a real bonus. Secure and fully enclosed garden. Sea views from the balcony and the garden. Private parking. The village pub was relaxing, clean and dog friendly. Its worth visiting Beaumaris which is a beautiful village. Only advice I'd give is to take a torch as there a short lane on the way up to the cottage which isn't lit up. Highly recommended holiday home, one of the nicest we've stayed in so far.

Seriol View is a beautiful house, it is spacious and provides everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

We loved the sunny conservatory and sat in there most of the week when not out. The house feels very private and secluded and has stunning views of the sea, the garden is perfect for dogs and also has the sea views. The house has its own private driveway and ample parking. The location of the house is perfect, sitting a few minutes walk from the centre of the picturesque village of Moelfre. We (and our two dogs) loved everything about our stay in Seriol View and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Lovely house situated in a very quiet and convenient position in the attractive village of Moelfre.

The coast path there is perfect for short dog walks to watch the sunrise. Unspoilt Lligwy beach is about 2 miles away, you do have to pay to park but it’s well worth it. We really enjoyed our stay

The house is really nice.

Heating in every room. Lovely and roomy. Very clean. The settees are a bit low if you have difficulty with movement. The water pressure is fantastic and 'eventually' the water is very very hot for a lovely shower. The location is fantastic and with privacy and no chance of the dogs escaping. Everything is provided for your use but you have to bring your own things to use them. Ie coffee maker. Bring your own pods. Log fire buy your own logs. So you need to be aware. The pub is a short walk away and so is coffee shop and icecream parlour. All in all a really good property and well worth the money.

Seiriol View is a fantastic holiday home - spacious and well maintained with lots of character.

The location is superb and the views are great. The owner was very warm and friendly and any requests we had during our two week holiday were dealt with promptly. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend staying at Seiriol View.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks holiday staying at Seiriol View in Moelfre, the house has a great location with fantastic views out to sea and across to Snowdonia.

Moelfre is a charming village, it offers a great pub and also a lovely pantry/cafe (both of which serve delicious food), as well as a little convenience shop. Everyone we met in the village were very friendly, welcoming and made us feel at home. Seiriol View is a lovely property to stay in, it is well equipped and had everything we needed. We had our two dogs with us, so having a secure garden was an added bonus. There is plenty of space both inside and outside the house, which allowed us to relax and chill.

Had a fabulous winter weeks break,plenty of room, everything we needed was there, plenty to do even in the depths of winter, Jeremy, the host was a real gentleman, very helpful.

We felt at home the minute we arrived at Seiriol View ,a lovely spacious warm and comfortable house with fabulous sea views I cooked a full Christmas Dinner with no problem, the cooker and hob were easy to use and the dishwasher came in handy!

The house is ideally situated for the pub, shop ,Ann's pantry and the coastal path Moelfre is a lovely village, everyone was very friendly The owner Jeremy is on hand for any queries We had a wonderful week's stay and would highly recommend Seiriol view

Seiriol view is a warm and comfortable house in the centre of the village.

It is near the seafront and the coastal path also easy to find.There is plenty of parking space and everything was provided for our stay.The location is handy for getting around on the island and we would stay again.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful village.

We felt very comfortable - a real home from home. Lots to do and see in the area, we now have a tired out Golden Retriever who spent hours in the sea. We’ll definitely return.

We stay in Moelfre at least once a year and this property was one of the best.

The weather was superb and allowed the grandchildren to spend the whole holiday enjoying the beaches and fishing. The gardens are secure and ideal when taking a dog. The owner Jeremy was most helpful and resolved a small problem of my own making without question.

I think the property would benefit from having bbq that can be used, i did bring my own aftrr checking with the owner however it does take extra space when traveling, the gardens do seem a little overgrown appreciatethe time of year but should be better mai ntained.

Convenient location, well equipped kitchen, found the digital hob a little difficult to control to begin with (being used to gas) and young children would have to be careful.

The garden was enclosed and dog friendly. Lovely walks didn’t drive far in the car. Very relaxing, recommended.

My wife and I have stayed in many holiday cottages with our dogs for many years.

Seiriol View compared favourably, it ticked all the boxes for us; we found no faults it was excellent and we had a delightful holiday.

This is a wonderful property which we have stayed in before.

It is exceptionally well equipped, well maintained and is in a great position in the village with everything you need in walking distance. Under the present situation it was perfect for a week away from our four walls. Takeaway food from Ann’s Pantry, wonderful bread & cakes from the shop and the best fish & chip shop. Owners had taken every precaution possible when cleaning & preparing for guests.

The owner of the cottage made contact with us which was nice, he was very pleasant and helpful.

We had a fabulous holiday there and woukd have booked again for September, but sadly it was already booked

Moelfre and surrounding area has a lot to see and do. Serial view was really comfortable and so cosy with the log burners going as we didn’t have the best of weather. Would definitely return to this house again ! Great position

Overall a great property which suited the four of us plus 2 dogs.

Great location and comfortable. Enclosed garden is great for the pets though there was no mention of the apple tree in the garden, was wary of the dogs eating the apples & pips. Great views of the sea and hills.

A quiet location with great views.

The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with plenty of room. Moelfre we discovered to be a lovely small village and a handy base from which to visit other parts of Anglesey.

We had a very relaxing stay at Seiriol View and are already thinking about when we can next get away again.

The house was very comfortable and homely, and it's location ideal. Once the car was parked up we didn't need to move it again for days as everything needed is close by, including a handy well stocked shop for milk on arrival, a fantastic chippy, a pub serving hot meals and the gorgeous cafe Ann's Pantry ( note this opens in evening only at weekends and throughout summer holidays) Although the house is right in centre of Moelfre sitting directly behind Kinmel Arms it was very quiet and in a private setting with a raised deck for sea views - just perfect. Moelfre is the perfect base to explore the island - and Seiriol View the perfect holiday cottage there with a well equipped kitchen, a fresh clean bathroom with endless hot water and comfy beds.

On our last day the kettle stopped working, I contacted the owner to see if their was a spare one, and also so he could sort something for the next guests arriving the following day. He came and sorted a spare one for us which was in the garage so that we could have a hot drink and then returned a couple of hours later with a brand new one, very impressed. Would definitely return.

Convenient for everywhere, coastal walks, pub, restaurant etc. Excellent bus service from the village too, which mean't we didn't have to take the car all the time.

Had issue with hot water phoned Jeremy owner , came straight round and sorted it. No problems after that . Great week .

House Very clean and comfortable but the small microwave was faulty and overheated after two minutes and then wouldn't work until it cooled down.

this caused use problems when coming in late and wanting a quick microwave meal for six people. Had to change our menu plans

Amazing cottage within a couple of minutes from a cafe, a pub, a fish and chip shop, the village store and most importantly, great coastal walks.

The living room is spacious with really comfortable sofas and chairs, the kitchen is so well equipped it is like being at home (except for the electric hob that took me two days to work properly! It's simple, I'm just used to gas!) There is loads of space for coats and wet dogs in the rear cloakroom area that can be directly accessed from the garden, and also an outbuilding with washing machine and extra fridge freezer and even more space for muddy boots etc. It was unseasonally warm for October when we went but the central heating was very efficient and we lit a fire in the living room fire place a couple of times as well. We would definitely return. Dogs loved it too!

Great venue, great location.

Layout perfect for family holiday. 2nd year we have stayed here. Would love to come again, satisfied with facilities, equipment etc. However, cleaning products and cloths would be good. Only real issue, hopefully we will be replaced the mattreses for the double bed way to firm with no cushion inpacting on sleep and recharge (and bad backs). Shower pressure brilliant

Lovely, comfortable house in a great location.

We used Moelfre as a base for local dog walks and some sightseeing further afield. Pip enjoyed trotting around the garden + we grabbed a sunny moment for a BBQ. Other great things, shower pressure, well equipped kitchen, clean + spacious rooms. Many thanks we have all enjoyed our stay

What a beautiful house in a idyllic village.

This is our 30th year visiting Anglesey and it's a home from home. Will definetely stay in Moelfre again, loved the pub & fish and chip shop. The only down was wifi access. Lovely base whilst staying here

Brilliant!

We loved the house, which felt loved. The area is lovely too; coastal walks and swimming. Kinmell Arms has great food - the wait is worth it. Everything we needed was here including the sunshine. Really appreciated the house being so well equipped. Many thanks Duncan, BJ & Family
