“Lovely to have tea coffee shortbread and wine but there was no milk!”

The handbook said milk in the fridge but there wasn’t any, so couldn’t have a cuppa on arrival. Location was ideal and parking. House was clean and nicely decorated. Double bed mattress is a bit saggy and causes oneself to roll into the middle so maybe needs replacing . Hence 4 out of 5
