The property

Curzon Heights is an elegant Victorian townhouse in the heart of Llandudno, offering friends and families a stylish coastal retreat across three characterful floors.

This inviting home combines flexible sleeping arrangements with standout features such as a freestanding bath and a bubbling hot tub.

After roadside parking, admire the period façade before stepping through the original tiled porch, where patterned floors and decorative wallpaper set the tone for a stay full of charm.

Inside, a large mirror catches the light as you move towards the sitting room, a vibrant space with orange accents, two generous four-seater sofas and a two-seater, perfect for unwinding in front of the wall-mounted TV after a day exploring the coast.

The dining room invites lively conversation around a striking square table framed by green tones and tree-patterned wallpaper, while the kitchen blends tiled floors and wooden worktops with everything you need to fire up the impressive range cooker and create hearty meals.

The ground-floor shower room adds a splash of colour with turquoise tiles and pink panelled walls, while upstairs the main bathroom tempts you to sink into the freestanding bath after a day of adventure.

The first floor hosts a double bedroom with a cast iron feature fireplace, a family room with a bay window and ornate detailing, and a single adorned with neatly framed artwork, while the second floor offers another double with curated artwork, a family room with a cast iron fireplace and patterned walls, and a single tucked beneath the eaves, all illuminated by a Velux window on the landing.

Outside, the enclosed yard is a private haven where the hot tub promises soothing moments under the stars, and just a short stroll brings you to a welcoming pub, a handy shop and the sweeping sands of Llandudno’s beach for morning walks or sunset views.

Further afield, discover Conwy’s medieval castle walls, picturesque harbour and riverside walks, enjoy Colwyn Bay’s golden beach, lively promenade and Welsh Mountain Zoo, or venture into Snowdonia National Park for rugged peaks, shimmering lakes and scenic trails that guarantee unforgettable days.

Curzon Heights blends Victorian elegance with thoughtful touches, creating a memorable base for exploring the very best of North Wales.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
