Southbourne Manor

Good for large family gathering.

Nice size bedrooms all ensuite,Good kitchen facilities,WiFi Good and the hot tub and outside area Good.Managed to park 3 cars with no problem.

We had a lovely four days at Southbourne Manor.

Plenty of room for our family and all the rooms having en suite was a great bonus. Only thing we might suggest is a little note by the cooker to point out where the main switch is. We could not find it for ages and didn't get a reply for a day from the help telephone number given. To be fair it was in the cupboard next to the oven which we'd checked but on further searching it was hidden behind some crockery ...... so we all got our bacon butties in the end!! The children loved the hot tub!

EXCELLENT Easy to walk in to town.

Next door neighbour seemed to think there was a restriction on when we could use the hot tub but could not see anywhere that said that.

What a wonderful house!

A group of ladies, we all had the best time. The location couldn't be better, the hot tub was fabulous. The house is cosy and comfortable. It took a while to reach the owner to ask for an item we didn't get unfortunately but that didn't affect our stay and it was unusual not to have bath mats but overall we would highly recommend Southbourne Manor and would definitely stay again.

Excellent house, close to all amenities (walking distance most of them).

House served all our requirements two living rooms meant we wasn’t all squashed together, kids could watch their TV if required. Large dining was excellent for family meals, all 14 of us sat down together. Garden and hot tub helped us chill Out in the sun. I would definitely book again for a family get together. Ability to contact Alex at any time took away any potential issues (there wasn’t any)

Southbourne Manor is in an ideal location for a stay in North Wales.

The house is of sufficient size to accomodate a large party - good sized kitchen, good sized dining room table, plenty bedrooms with en-suites. However we recommend that written instructions as regards the house be made available in the house to include the info on the website listing, plus when refuse collections are, any recommendations for eating out and takeaways, places to visit. The hot tub could do with steps to get in! Pegs for washing would be useful.

We had a lovely stay at Southbourne Manor.

Well situated at Llandudno - close to the promenade, shops and restaurants. It was well suited for a large family group. All rooms were furnished to a high standard. Kitchen was well equipped which was very helpful if you wanted to prepare some meals. We also had contact from the owner during our stay to check that all was well. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic property, beautifully decorated in a superb location.

From the moment we walked through the front door, we knew our family Christmas was going to be special, and the Christmas tree and decorations put up by the owners was a lovely touch.

The house is very spacious and well appointed, and the fixtures and fittings of very high quality. Plenty of kitchen space, crockery, cutlery and utensils to cook a Christmas dinner for 14 with ease. The dining room was a dream, enough space for us all, and the perfect space for family socialising as well as eating. Two separate living rooms with TVs was great, particularly with all the football that's on over Christmas break! Bedrooms were fabulous, all individually and tastefully styled, and the beds super comfy. Everyone having their own en-suite was a real bonus. The whole house is warm and welcoming. Parking outside was not an issue, plenty of space and easy enough to walk into the town centre or the prom within minutes. We honestly couldn't find fault with the house, it's a really special place for a getaway with family or friends.
