Home by the sea

Home by the Sea was a lovely clean property situated in a quiet part of town,but within easy walking distance of beaches,shops and restaurants.

Andy,the maintenance man,was great and came out promptly when we had an issue with the door lock. Lovely coastal walks to Deganwy, around the Great Orme and along the East beach promenade. I would not recommend the Fish & chip shop across the road. Suggestions for improvement: 1/ better selection of kitchen utensils (knives) 2/ plates which easily fit in dishwasher 3/ drop leaf table & 4 stacking chairs in living room ( saving the trek to the dining shed) 4/ light in back garden. 5/ extension cord in 2nd bedroom for side light.6/ more detailed general instructions. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place.

Lovely accommodation in a quiet area near the west shore and only a 20 minute walk to the pier and the north shore.

Very comfortable beds and everything we could need was provided.

Home by the Sea was a super little find.

Clean, quiet, close to the beach, a convenience store and a great little chippy, with a dedicated parking space, so exactly what we needed as a base for a week of days out. The garden room outside made up as a dining or games room was a bonus too, we used it for all our meals. So, great little property, just don't expect much from the Sykes Cottages support WhatsApp line, which as far as I could make out was an AI chatbot, and which didn't answer the one question I had. That didn't impact on our stay at all though, we loved it!
